Large Washer

The large size makes it easy to wash blankets. Seems to take a LONG time to “dry” the washer when using the UltraFresh Vent System+. Not sure how much electricity that is using. Also not sure on the life of the motor since the machine is still running forever trying to dry the machine out.

Great Washing Machine

This machine has a smart dispenser that you fill up and it washes your clothes up to 50 washes and then you add more. The Smart HQ app tells you everything you need to know the washing machine. I also like smart fresh vent.

Looks Great, But Lacks Reliability and Support

However, just five months after the one-year warranty expired, the drain pump failed, and customer service offered no courtesy assistance. I’m left wondering what "PROFILE" really stands for, as reliability doesn’t seem to be it. Apparently a lot of people are going through the exact same issue. Overall, this product feels overpriced for its lack of dependability. You’re better off choosing a less expensive model and putting that extra money toward an extended warranty.
