great washer. huge capacity. lots of options (including an app), most importantly, clothing comes out washed and ready for the dryer. Good price especially in terms of bang for our buck.

Works great. Quiet too. Auto balance is a plus since we wash a lot of blankets. We chose the impeller option for that reason and laundry cleaned very well. Great choice for us.

Upgrade over our Samsung that had issues. Larger capacity and much quieter than my old one. Only ran a few loads through so far. But we like it.

Tried it for the first time. I wasn’t quite sure what all the settings mean, but once I got started it was great. It’s quiet, it’s smooth, and it handled a load of jeans without a hitch. Very impressed. I opted for the black (which is really gray) and looks really great. Big difference from my old machine.

We have had this washer for over a year now and it has beet great. Cleans clothing extremely well, balances out nicely and very user friendly.

I had to get rid of my Maytag MCT, It was less the 4 yrs old and had many issues. Like the GE washer, It allows you to add water to make sure the clothes get completely covered. It's a little louder than the Maytag. Still i like it

Great washer! Did not know if I would like the plate instead of the agitator but if you take your time in loading it works just as good. Sanitize cycle is much faster than my old front load. It’s quieter than my old washer also which is a plus.

It was delivered on time and installed.It has many options for different cloth textures. It has wrinkle control and large enough. Overall, it’s really good. And I would recommend anyone to have one.

Works well. Much better than the last two top loaders we purchased. Seems to spin more water out of the clothes for faster drying

Overall great washer. It dirs a great job on cleaning clothes and tough stains . The description states its a quite washer abd connects with Alexa , this is not accurate. I do recommend this washer.

I’m very pleased with this washing machine so far I have had no issues. I’m sure there are more features that I am not using because I’m still getting used to it. So far, so good.

Very pleased with this product large capacity for bed comforters and big loads of laundry. And the color is stunning. I bought both this washer and the gas dryer.

Only had for about 3 weeks, but so far we LOVE our washer! I will say, go ahead and pay the extra $ for installation. The first unit that was delivered and tested made a god-awful sound and was defective, so they hand to take it back. The installer said that rarely happens, BUT I'm still glad I was safe with delivery/test. Back to the washer, my husband's clothes get DIRTY due to his job and this washer has each load perfectly clean.

I purchased this GE Profile washer just over a year ago, and it has already had multiple serious failures, which is unacceptable for a premium appliance. The first issue was the washer failing to properly spin water out of clothing. A GE technician advised that the machine must be run on “Bulky” instead of “Smart Wash” so it would fill with enough water to balance the load. This defeats the entire purpose of the advertised smart, water-saving technology. If using the “Smart Wash” feature causes the washer to malfunction, then the feature simply does not work as advertised. The second issue involved the washer not unlocking. Rather than scheduling another service call, I researched the issue and found numerous customer videos and complaints online describing the exact same failure. This strongly suggests GE is aware of this recurring defect yet continues to sell the model without correcting it. Most recently, the washer lost power entirely, leaving it completely unusable. This happened on December 31, a time when laundry needs to be done before the New Year. Having a washer fail at such a basic level in barely over a year is unacceptable. I have owned older washers that lasted decades without these problems. This GE washer does not meet even basic expectations for reliability or quality. I do not recommend this product.

This machine check multiple boxes for me. Large tub, wide range of settings including Deep Fill. Quiet, smooth operation. Get one

SO FAR SO GOOD. THIS IS THE 4TH WASHER IVE HAD BROUGHT TO MY HOUSE IN 1 MONTH. GE WASHERS ARE TRASH. I HOPE THIS LG WASHER WORKS.
