I had to get rid of my Maytag MCT, It was less the 4 yrs old and had many issues. Like the GE washer, It allows you to add water to make sure the clothes get completely covered. It's a little louder than the Maytag. Still i like it

Great washer! Did not know if I would like the plate instead of the agitator but if you take your time in loading it works just as good. Sanitize cycle is much faster than my old front load. It’s quieter than my old washer also which is a plus.

Works well. Much better than the last two top loaders we purchased. Seems to spin more water out of the clothes for faster drying

No issues and we’ve used it several times a day in the past week. Quiet as it runs. I like the notices on the app so I know a load is done and someone can switch it to the dryer

I’m very pleased with this washing machine so far I have had no issues. I’m sure there are more features that I am not using because I’m still getting used to it. So far, so good.

Got this to replace daughters old old washer. She loves it and couldnt be happier. it hold big loads whjch she had all the time. Would recommend it to all.

It was delivered on time and installed.It has many options for different cloth textures. It has wrinkle control and large enough. Overall, it’s really good. And I would recommend anyone to have one.

Overall great washer. It dirs a great job on cleaning clothes and tough stains . The description states its a quite washer abd connects with Alexa , this is not accurate. I do recommend this washer.

Don't let the size fool you. It is not intended for large loads of laundry. If you have kids that have a tendency to overstuff the machine, do not even think about this machine. It doesn't balance well with bigger loads - even blankets or towels - which causes it to stop spinning and not drain well leaving a sopping wet mess. Upon having a service call, I was told to do very small loads and to always run on the "deep fill" cycle as the "normal" cycle doesn't use enough water to cover a hamper full of clothes. I was told it was the wrong machine choice for my family and I should've gone with a front load instead. It's unfortunate because I consulted a sales rep at BB about a good choice for our large family with lots of wash and was told this was a good one. Apparently, not per the manufacturer rep though. Now I am stuck with a 7 month old machine that I can't wash sheets, blankets or towels with and need to break my hamper into 3 loads to get through a wash cycle. It's under warranty, but "there's nothing wrong with the machine". UGH!

This product is amazing! The amount of clothes that I can fit in here or for that matter blankets, is a dream come true! My husband works in the medical field so the pile up of scrubs it rather large and this washer can fit them all without compromising the wash cycle. The only thing I can say negatively is the noise - thankfully we have a door on our laundry room.

I purchased it for my wife and she loves it. Everything about it is great. We got it delivered and set up. The delivery guys explained everything and answered all the questions that my wife had. Great choice getting this from Best Buy
