You can actually wash watch the wash.

I had a LG set prior that lasted 15 years. Loved the set. This one no so much. Having issues already. I think BB installed incorrectly..,hot water on cold and vice versa. I’ve had the set for about 3 months and already making loud noises. Like the balance on the washer is already off. Always a need to add extra to the spin cycle in order for the clothes not to be dripping wet.

Posted .We are so sorry to hear that you are experiencing some trouble with your washer. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this causes. We're happy to provide some insight into this for you. How a Top Load Washer is loaded can affect how well it can wash and spin your clothes. Below are some suggestions to consider when you are putting clothing, towels, sheets, etcetera, into the wash basket. - Sort clothes well. For example, cotton and synthetic fiber (such as polyester) clothing should not be washed together. - When adding items to the wash basket, it is better if they are dry. Wet items are likely to pack down in the wash basket and this can lead to overloading. - Drop the items loosely around the sides of the wash basket. In a load with various sized items (for example, large towels, hand towels and wash clothes), we recommend placing the larger items on the bottom, the smaller items in the middle and medium sized items at the top. - Do not overload the washer. To determine the proper amount of clothes the washer can handle, the clothes should fit below the clothes-retaining ring of the washer tub and not be stuffed too tightly. Make sure that the clothes have ample room to move, that they are not packed down and that they are not wrapped around the agitator (on models with an agitator). We also would recommend checking in the use and care manual that can be found on the website (page 24) to ensure that the noises you are hearing from your unit is normal. If the troubleshooting tips above do not help resolve the issue, then we would recommend scheduling a service appointment with a qualified GE Appliances service technician so they can come out and make sure your washer is operating as it should. Deep fill really gives a deep fill, clothes come out clean. I have had Samsung & LG washing machines an had major issues with both of them. This GE is wonderful& highly recommended
