I’m sure there are more features that I am not using because I’m still getting used to it. So far, so good.

I had a LG set prior that lasted 15 years. Loved the set. This one no so much. Having issues already. I think BB installed incorrectly..,hot water on cold and vice versa. I’ve had the set for about 3 months and already making loud noises. Like the balance on the washer is already off. Always a need to add extra to the spin cycle in order for the clothes not to be dripping wet.

Posted .We are so sorry to hear that you are experiencing some trouble with your washer. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this causes. We're happy to provide some insight into this for you. How a Top Load Washer is loaded can affect how well it can wash and spin your clothes. Below are some suggestions to consider when you are putting clothing, towels, sheets, etcetera, into the wash basket. - Sort clothes well. For example, cotton and synthetic fiber (such as polyester) clothing should not be washed together. - When adding items to the wash basket, it is better if they are dry. Wet items are likely to pack down in the wash basket and this can lead to overloading. - Drop the items loosely around the sides of the wash basket. In a load with various sized items (for example, large towels, hand towels and wash clothes), we recommend placing the larger items on the bottom, the smaller items in the middle and medium sized items at the top. - Do not overload the washer. To determine the proper amount of clothes the washer can handle, the clothes should fit below the clothes-retaining ring of the washer tub and not be stuffed too tightly. Make sure that the clothes have ample room to move, that they are not packed down and that they are not wrapped around the agitator (on models with an agitator). We also would recommend checking in the use and care manual that can be found on the website (page 24) to ensure that the noises you are hearing from your unit is normal. If the troubleshooting tips above do not help resolve the issue, then we would recommend scheduling a service appointment with a qualified GE Appliances service technician so they can come out and make sure your washer is operating as it should. NOT GOOD FOR LARGE FAMILIES

It is not intended for large loads of laundry. If you have kids that have a tendency to overstuff the machine, do not even think about this machine. It doesn't balance well with bigger loads - even blankets or towels - which causes it to stop spinning and not drain well leaving a sopping wet mess. Upon having a service call, I was told to do very small loads and to always run on the "deep fill" cycle as the "normal" cycle doesn't use enough water to cover a hamper full of clothes. I was told it was the wrong machine choice for my family and I should've gone with a front load instead. It's unfortunate because I consulted a sales rep at BB about a good choice for our large family with lots of wash and was told this was a good one. Apparently, not per the manufacturer rep though. Now I am stuck with a 7 month old machine that I can't wash sheets, blankets or towels with and need to break my hamper into 3 loads to get through a wash cycle. It's under warranty, but "there's nothing wrong with the machine". UGH!

Other than that, It is okay. I have been trying different types of loads. Not enough water. Even when you push "deep full.".. idk. Not going to return it though. Going to learn what works best for me.
