I chose this because of the cubic foot size and value for the money I paid for it. I used it this past weekend to wash clothes and was pleased with the results of clean clothes. I'm going to wash a comforter next to see how well that function works. The functions were pretty self explanatory and the washer is easy to use.

Biggest washer!

Posted .Thank you for sharing your feedback. This is a high-efficiency washing machine which requires less water while providing effective cleaning action. You may notice that the water level is lower than on your previous washer and may not cover the top level of the clothes. This is normal. -- If you still prefer to have a higher water level, you can use the “Deep Fill” feature which adds 3 gallons of water to the wash load if pressed once or can provide the deepest fill possible if held for 3 seconds. On the second day that I had it, it became unbalanced and I suspect that this is why it had been returned. I planned on returning it also but couldn't get it back to the store. Now I use it and constantly worry that it will get unbalanced as this is one of the problems that the machine is reported to have.
