    Love the burner covers that extend all across top. We use the griddle insert a lot. Wished it was easier to clean but still gets 5 stars. Gas on top, electric oven, a cook's dream when you dont have room for separate appliances.

    Great appliance. Love the grill option on the top of the stove. The Wi-Fi capability works well to monitor the preheating and to set the timer.

    We like the range. It has a wonderful simmer burner and warming area below the oven. The only trouble we have had is the panel. The covering over the buttons is beginning to separate causing what looks like bubbles on the panel. Maybe it's the heat (duhhh!)

    I have had this stove for almost a year. The burners function beautifully; however, the convention function on the oven is less than expected. The fan cycles on and off and gives uneven heating as well as browning. I find it very frustrating that this is the case. Also, the racks are so close together that you cannot do two things at the same time if you are using adjacent racks. It is only possible to use these if you have a flat baking pan with flat items on it, such as asparagus. A 13x9 pan will not go on the racks if you have one below another. I have called customer service, and they were not helpful. The answer I got is that the convection works that way. When I expressed my disappointment, I got silence at the other end of the phone. I know there isn't much I can do at this point other than warn others about this.
