I love our new oven! It has many awesome features and some I haven't used yet, but I'm looking forward to doing so soon. This oven is easy to use and cooks foods amazingly well. I'd have given this stove 5 stars, but didn't, for the following reasons: 1) the center grill didn't come completely cleaned after just 1- 15 minute use. 2) The burner disks and stainless casings somehow gets discolored from use and don't improve with soap and water. 3) The controls are very sensitive, meaning they come on when gently wiping down the stove or getting to close to them, so I lock the controls until I'm ready to use the oven. 4) The oven makes a whirring noise, even when it's not set to convection bake. My other GE Profile was silent. Still, in spite of the not-so-thrilling aspects, I love it and and am happy with my purchase.

This is a high quality product compared to the 7 year old samsung unit I had that broke down twice and cost a fortune to fix. I also had to replace my samsung refrigerator that ice maker failed after 2 years and couldn't be fixed due to faulty design. Bought a new GE profile fridge also. Much better quality product

We are very happy with this range! Not only does it look great, it performs very well. Each of the burners provide a uniform flame that heats evenly and makes cooking a joy. We especially like how the middle burner is versatile and can be used for the griddle as well as a normal burner. The oven works wonderfully and the racks are sturdier than other vendor models.

Looks great, love the big dual burner, and the griddle burners are a nice feature.

The GE Profile Convection range is a good product however Best Buy installed a broken range and was unavailable to service it for 2 weeks after the initial installation. They could not (or would not) replace the stove citing "back ordered status". When I requested a return they scheduled a return date 1 month from the date of delivery. When the time came no one showed to pick up the range. I later found out the appointment was cancelled and I missed the notification. They scheduled a new return date over 2 months from the original installation (which has not come yet). My money will not be refunded until the stove is returned in excess of 2 months from the original installation date. I will never order from Best Buy again and I recommend everyone call their local appliance supplier to compare because my local supplier offered the stove for the same price. The only difference is that after they installed it the checked to make sure it was working. Oh, and Best Buy won't refund the installation fee they charged for delivering a broken range.

The range is awesome cooking is so easy and quick.

The performance of my GE gas range exceeding my expectations. There is air fryer and oven and self cleaning oven. This range is perfect for me.

I did extensive research and finally pulled trigger. I had the fridge and dishwasher to match already, so there was really only 1 option. Really happy with it so far. Plenty of features. Quite an upgrade from previous basic range

Fast, efficient, and easy to clean gas range. Oven heats quickly to desired temperature; though a louder signal would be helpful. DO NOT wash the griddle in the dishwasher. A mistake I will not repeat.

I love my new range! It has so many features I love!

This replaced a GE we had for years. Easy to install, efficient and use. WiFi capable and looks good too, and comes with lots of options.

Our previous electric stove broke so we used this opportunity to get a gas stove. I'm glad to purchase this stove. It's a lot more powerful than electric stove. The oven has air fry function so basically we don't need a separate air fryer. Definitely look forward to try other features of the stove.

Great stove but when delivered we notice a dimple in one of the stainless steel sections and a scratch at the top of the stove near one of the grate inserts.

So far so good! It was easy to set up and get going. I have only used burners and the regular bake oven setting but it warms up quickly and cooks evenly. I have yet to set up the air fryer setting because I have to connect to wifi... not sure why but we shall see.

Range is great, tech support less than acceptable. Range did not fit, scratches again on wood floor, lack of follow through

This gas range functions perfectly. Oven can be managed electronically by wifi and so many other functions.
