This stove was delivered to me on a Saturday. The following Monday I had to call repair. The stove was delivered with a non-functioning back burner. I'm very dissatisfied with this stove for many reasons. At the top of the list is the fact that it seems to be almost impossible to slowly simmer a pot of anything. If you have a recipe which requires you to bring something to a boil, then cover it , lower the heat and let it cook slowly, you will end up with an overcooked mess. Forget about making a pot of rice. It will cook unevenly and end up sticking to the bottom of the pot. Never having this happen with any stove I've ever cooked on, I figured it had to be malfunctioning. I had a repair man check my burners and was told they were within spec. His advice was to "take the pot of the burner for a few minutes". Another issue is the "hot stovetop" light which is supposed to remain lit if the stovetop is hot to the touch. The one on this stove goes off while the stovetop is still hot enough to burn your skin. Once again I thought this HAD to be a malfunction, had it checked, and once again, was told it was within specifications. GE no longer includes a sliding bottom rack but I was told I could buy one after delivery. Unfortunately not true. I was mailed 4 different units from GE, all incorrect. It apparently was never even offered, or has been discontinued. This will be quite unfortunate when trying to roast a turkey or anything of that nature. To add to my list of disappointments, there is a poor design issue and also a safety issue when the oven doors. When they are fully opened (to put something in or take something out), the doors themselves lay at an angle that unfortunately make it very easy for you to brush them with you arm or hand when taking items in and out of the stove (which has happened more than once). I have owned several stoves in my lifetime and this is by far the biggest disappointment ever. Whoever designed this stove, was clearly not a cook. I rarely write reviews, but for this I needed to make an exception.

Really nice looking oven. Cooks very efficiently doesn’t give off a ton of heat and warm the kitchen up. I love the option of cooking two different things at two different temperatures.

The dual oven with convection in the bottom is an excellent feature. Allows 2 simultaneous use when baking. The added wifi feature allows remote function for the oven. So you can for example pre heat an oven using your phone while away. It sends alerts to your phone so uou know the statua of your range. Standard size that fita well in the kitchen with over range microwave.

We ordered this range on December 28th, 2024, excited for the double oven option and the additional burners. The color is perfect, as we love the black stainless steel finish. Our order was delayed for a short while, not a huge deal because our aging stove was still turning out meals for the family. Fast forward another week, additional delays arrive. This happened several more times, with an eventual six-week total delay. The new range was finally delivered on February 22nd. We both watched out the window, excited for the arrival of what promised to be a great addition to our home. That notion quickly changed, as upon connecting power we found that the control panel was not functioning. We unplugged the device per instructions, still with no result. No functioning control panel on this device means no functioning oven. We bake almost every day, be it for a meal, breads, or desserts. We need a functioning unit! The delivery team was fine, explaining the exchange process and saying someone would call me within the hour. That call never came, but I do not think that was anything to do with them. I spent much of the remaining weekend using the chat service to find other options. The delivery team assured us that the matter would be resolved in a few days. The chat service indicated that it would be the end of March before the new unit would arrive. Now into the current week, where we still have no resolution. My wife and I have both been on the phone with customer care, and there is no short-term solution being offered. They asked us to find another unit, and the only other unit was $800 more with worse reviews. It was indicated supervisors would be contacting us, and that also never happened. You cannot directly call the local store. If you dial the number for the listing in our area, it just connects to a call center somewhere else. We are currently in a holding pattern with Best Buy. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Best Buy is doing nothing to fix this matter, other than hey..see you at the end of March. This overpromise/underdeliver approach is a great way to lose customers, something my wife and I have already discussed. Thumbs down for GE as well. All indicators point towards a faulty control panel, a short in the board inside the panel. This is a critical feature, where is the quality control for a unit that costs almost $2,000.00? There is a really great opportunity here to change my mind, but I really do not see that happening.

This stove is absolutely gorgeous with the black stainless finish & we love the features on it! Best Buy did a great job from start to finish & would highly recommend! We do recommend a stove top cover to extend the life of the glass stove top & side guards for your new range

Takes getting use to, so many buttons! But I’ve got it now. Had trouble with setting the clock.

Absolutely love this new oven! Never had a double oven before and it took a lot of reviews and store visits to look over all the choices. I finally decided on GE Profile and am very happy with it. It was recommended as well by a co-worker. It heats up quickly and also syncs with GE microwave I purchased at same time. When you turn on stove the microwave overhead light automatically comes and goes off if you have stopped using oven. The top oven serves best for most meals and the bottom convection oven is perfect for breads and desserts. Looking forward to Thanksgiving with 2 ovens this year! Also, shout out to Best Buy.. great service in store and with delivery and set up! Came here because of terrible service from Lowe's with previous purchases and now highly recommend Best Buy!

I looked and debated quite a lot before deciding on this range. The determining factors were the true convection feature, air fryer, both steam and traditional self clean options, and the double oven. After seeing the range in person in the store, I was a little worried about how low to the floor the bottom oven is. I imagined myself trying to heft a turkey off the bottom rack. Then I thought about how often I make a turkey (once a year tops) and remembered I have a countertop roaster anyway. I decided the pros of having a second oven outweighed any cons. We have used the top oven quite a bit. Because it is small, it preheats faster and my experience has been that cook times are also shorter. I haven't used it yet for a large meal, but having more room and the ability to cook items at different temperatures at the same time will be a definite benefit. I purchased a silicone cover for the glass top to protect it while not in use and so we can set hot things on it when they come out of the oven. I haven't used all of the features yet, but am very happy with it so far.

We’ve had this oven for a couple weeks now, and so far no gripes. I tend tonuse the top oven most of the time so far, and it works beautifully whether baking cookies or pan roasted green beans, and it heats up fast. Not sure about the other comments about a lack of preheating, mine dings as soon as the temp gets up to what I set it to. Also, it DOES have two timers, and I’ve used them simultaneously. And they arent limited to just the oven, but for timing anything you need to clock.

We've had this oven for about two years now. Happy with the purchase overall. Love the dual oven set up. The only gripe is the large burner developed a ring on the glass after being used; it's like the film didn't react well to the heat. other than it not looking too great on the glass top due to that, it operates well.

From delivery to operation, so far this has been a very positive purchase. The smartphone app that talks to the stove is kind of cool. I 've only used the convection oven once to cook a frozen pizza but can already see how much better that method of cooking is versus a standard oven bake. Wife really likes the "warmer" burner as well as general ease of operation. Maybe a little more than what I wanted to spend but we moved into our house new in December of 1992 and the original GE stove was actually still working; we just felt it was time for a new one. Since the old one was GE, we went with GE again. This feels like a solid purchase.

The delivery if the lroduct was great and wuicjcly completed. After the first cool we eealized the largest burner was not maintaining heat at the max setting. We called and best buy replaced it within 30 says. The new oven had to be shipped in due to availability so it wasnt a major issue. The double ocens are great and make cooking different dishes a breeze. Its a shame that the oven doesnt cimr with a air fry tray like some others but it was a cheap solution after the fact. The cooking top is prone to white wiggly lines which is the heatijg element so just know that its something that’s going to happen. If you use this oven often just be prepared that the cooking surface is going to have some dings here and there. Otherwise it was worth every penny. It bools water quickly and heats my stainless steel pans well.

While the companion mobile application supports a timer for each oven, the oven itself has only a single timer available. One other thing that leaves room for improvement is how the control for the medium/large burner is designed. Turn in one direction for one sized burner, and the other direction for the other sized burner. It's an adjustment that we will get used to

This is the first range I've bought since I bought my house, I loved it! Have tons of features, I don't think I used all of them but the range, oven and air fry works great!

I replaced my single door/double oven Samsung with this because I liked the double door idea and more larger burners. So far burners are fast. Top is still a bit weird to me. If you pull a pot across it, it turns the areas white. Oven seems to take a bit longer to preheat than my Samsung did but inside is a bit larger so could be the difference. Also had to make some adjustments as the hole that is in the back for the cord isn't large enough for cord excess to easily slide in and allow it be pushed all the way up against the wall.

Double oven nice for more efficient heating. I have electric ranges in past Hope the top will hold up well. It does require vigilant care to prevent scorches. So cleaning tol often is a must. It looks good Streamlined. And made in America.

Beautiful and great functioning dual electric ovens and cooktop make this a nice addition to any kitchen. Burners and ovens work great as advertised with the lower oven being convection capable. Both ovens have broiler functions. Only the lower oven has convection capabilities. NOTE-- to get the broiler functions to operate the oven doors have to be closed. The old days of using the broiler with the oven door cracked open to the first notch no longer work. Do your new oven a favor and pick up one of those silicone lined glass cooktop protectors to protect the glass cooktop when not in use!! BB TotalTech delivery, install, and haul away was excellent

Controls are easy, good number of burner sizes, double oven in a compact space. Just the ticket for this type of appliance.

Love my stove Works great Love the looks beautiful. Cooked cookies and brownies they came out perfect! Can't wait to try air fryer cycle. Cook top works great so very easy to clean. Great manual with great instrutions on how to operate stove. Would recomined this stove it is great.
