It is easy to maintain and keep clean. I relish having air fry, convection ovens as well as the ability to adjust size of each range. Great buy!

Still getting used to the cooktop and how quickly it heats up. I did not realize how slow my old GE profile oven was until I got this new one.

Had a tech come out and told me everything is in order. 26 minutes to boil 8 cups of water is not reasonable nor acceptable. Glass top will scratch if you breathe on it too hard. Top is also is a pain to clean. Streaks are never ending. Seems as if all manufacturers got together roughly 15 years ago and decided to produce absolute garbage that purposefully only lasts 5-7 years. No pride, all about making every last cent out of the consumer.

I used the high temp self clean once in upper and once in lower to burn off the storage oils, as recommended by GE. Check. No problem. I baked a bread at 350 for 50 minutes. No problem. I set a quiche at 350°F oven convection and at 225°F it cut out, turned off and was dead. Dead. Entire range needs replacing. Circuit board out.

While I can recommend this product I strongly encourage any customer to not allow Best Buy to bundle a multiple appliance purchase as the Price Match guarantee is not honored. We did not receive a discount on any of the appliances purchased- am a Total Tech member so should have received free delivery. Best Buy rang up purchase as a bundle - did not ask if we wanted a bundle nor explained price match is not allowed. Very disappointing customer experience. Price for range was $145 less on day of delivery on Best Buy website.
