I love the look of the Range, however, I am very unsatisfied that the upper oven is convection only. I am not a fan of convection, so it won't serve much of a purpose for me.

Don't order unless you can get it the same day. This is the third time BestBuy's has pushed my delivery date back without notice. The first time they just didnt deliver it on the day it was scheduled. I gave away my old range and took off work all day only to call at 7pm and find out it was on back order. No call or email. If I wouldn't have used my best buy card and paid it off I would cancel my order and buy someplace else.

Not a back friendly oven

I wished i had listened to the sales rep on the floor. He warned it is a pain to get food in and out, but being someone who bakes a lot specially during the holidays i was super excited for the room and ability to bake more.
Well i do not like having yo get on my knees to get things in, out or to clean it. I regretted this purchase

I love this stove, but I cant reset the clock. The manual's directions dont work. I will have to call the helpline, which I consider to be an unnecessary hassel.
