--NOT INDUCTION--
Be aware that Best Buy lists this range as being an induction cooktop, but it is NOT induction it's regular radiant elements. Now I need to wait for Best Buy to come take it back.
Best Buy also lists the upper oven as being convection, this too is false, only the bottom oven is convection.

the touchscreen fails to register touches if it is slightly oily or wet. It's easy to clean, but it also is in a bad position to stay clean. Requires signup with an app to use airfry but then doesn't actually need it

Love the stove functions, but hasn't worked on display since the update. Contacted many but nothing resolved. Function does not work by the printed function like air fry. works on another setting. Now clock doesn't display. Too bad, GE Profile used to be a great product.

The oven would be perfect if you could actually put in and remove the oven shelf from the top oven bank. GE made the space too small and I have seen tons of this exact same complaint. The delivery guys forced the shelf into the space and now we can’t remove it and it’s baked in. We are so excited for our replacement oven to finally show up.

The top oven is much smaller then I had thought and it difficult to pull out the food. Then the lower hard to put food in and out. I did not realize after 15 days there was no return.. At the 30 day mark i was ready to return this thing.
I would not recommend buying without seeing in person.

Amazing range

We had been looking for this particular model for months. Bought it on Thursday and it was delivered on Saturday.
This range is amazing. Cooking a roast using the probe is foolproof. The air fryer is great and the burners and ovens heat up super fast.
While it wasn't cheap we are glad to have finally find one.

Don't Waste Your Money!

Purchased April 2022. Had the first service call June 2022 to replace the motherboard. Had another service call July 2022 to replace the motherboard again. Thankfully we purchased the "Geek Squad" protection because (you guessed it) had to have the motherboard replaced again May 2024. And now, right before the extended warranty is set to expire, it's happened a 4th time Feb 2025. Unfortunately the service tech couldn't get the oven to duplicate the issues and even though I had pictures and videos to show what was happening, they said they couldn't do anything. I've called Geek Squad Protection and GE and I'm not getting anywhere. So much for their "Lemon Benefit" that they mention in their protection plan. I'm now waiting for the unit to completely stop working and will have purchase something else. Who has to purchase 2 ovens in less than 5 years!! I can guarantee that it won't be a GE appliance and I won't be purchasing anything from Best Buy in the future.

Not worth the premium price tag

We have had nothing but trouble with this stove. One month after the warranty expired the front control panel needed to be replaced ($450), and now the appliance technician is saying that both the computer boards ($250) will also need to be replaced. I called GE, and they said it doesn’t matter whether it is one month out of warranty. I would have to pay one of their technicians over $100 just to diagnose the issue. We have not been able to use the stovetop for six weeks as the parts are on back order (which would indicate to me that there are many problems) – Simply not worth the premium price tag. Clearly, this stove is a lemon but just good enough to keep it together for a little over a month. I am retired and don’t have the money to fix a $3k stove continually.

Most dangerous range ever. Touch control are easily set off creating a fire hazard. There is a manual control lock that turns all functions off when set, so if you are using the oven you don’t have a way to disable to cooktop. And if power goes out and comes back on the lock function is turned off. I came home to burners on full blast because I forgot to lick it and the cat walked across the cooktop.
