Even tho we have a bit of a problem now with scheduling a repair but always make sure you have proof of purchase and make sure to register your appliances with GE.

I also feel like a lot of lent gets stuck in the trap but would still buy this dryer again. Overall great purchase!

I appreciate having so many options with drying different fabrics of all kinds. I also really like the ability to sanitize the dryer. What I hate about the dryer, is that i already need a new lint catcher because the one that came in the dryer is detached in 5 different places so there's a lot of lint going all the way down to the bottom of the dryer and ive got to use a long gadget (made for grabbing)excessive lint build-up.

I am stunned at how easy it is to figure out and operate! I am 70 so I thought it would intimidate me but it is so logical and easy to use! It steams!!!

Love that the two connect and the washer will connect with the dryer on the last wash cycle ran, so the dryer already knows what cycle to dry on.

Really liked the fabric softener refresh option. However I have to agree with other reviews regarding it is cheaply made. The lint trap was hard to put back in. I ended up returning due to this was an open box item and it was shutting off inadvertently.

Dryer was DOA ... installers didn't even test.

The installation techs didn't bother to check. 2 weeks later new installation techs came out and confirmed the dryer doesn't make heat. Crazy to me that the box is full of sensors but has NOTHING to test to see if a gas dryer does not heat up when it's supposed too ... not one error code ... insane. Originally ordered over 2 months ago ... delivered 3 weeks ago ... still waiting for one that works ... It DOES tumble ... but doesn't make heat, so we've been air drying our clothes for over a month ... it's pretty noisy and seems to be thrown together ... not high quality fit and finish ...

I haven't had a chance to use the features as my laundry room is small and was designed inefficiently so I have to remove the laundry room door in order to access the dryer. However, the installers made sure it was working a nd running before they left so I know it heats up. Just can't wait until I am able to play with the smart features. And I absolutely love the color as blue is my favorite color and it's different.

We’re still trying to figure out the best settings as the cycles we’ve used have left some clothes damp while the rest of the load is dry. Good capacity

If it seems that your clothes are still damp after a completed cycle, we recommend that you select the Max Dry option when combining heavy and light fabrics in a load. None of the advanced features work though, just as a basic everyday dryer.
