This GE dryer is perfect for our family!

It gives far more drying options that our old (repaired 3x) LG dryer. The fact that it connects to our home wi-fi and speaks via Alexa lets us know when a cycle is complete. And we can program the GE with our android phone. A World Class product!

I replaced the vent pipe to prevent this. the dryer stopped working after a week, you scheduled a new delivery a week later and did not show up or call. rescheduled again then the morning of the appointment called to reschedule for 2 weeks later. 2 days ago, i got a text to reschedule the delivery. i have received at least 100 emails from you throughout this process. you are as bad as the spammers. I would appreciate it if someone could really look into this and after they gather all the facts call and tell me what you will do for us.

I reset the circuit breaker twice. It is plugged into the wall. So something internal is going on. Very unfortunate and it is a weekend.

Don’t Even Think About It

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You could not pay me to purchase the GE Profile Smart Washer & Dryer ever again. We purchased these approximately 18 months years ago. Within that time, it has been replaced FOUR TIMES due to repeated issues with the fabric refresh and computer. Not to mention how many tech visits to try to fix the problems before finally replacing. The washer is no better, we are on our 2nd one due to repeated malfunctions/inoperable to the point they finally replaced it and as of today the replacement is also dead and inoperable. Always a different issue. The 4th dryer now makes a nice rattling sound whenever it’s operating, I’m sure it’s just a matter of a few more days until it also craps out again. They may look cool, but they also feel cheap - hollow plastic, definitely not a quality build. Do yourself a favor, save yourself a ton of time and frustration, and find a different set by a different manufacturer.
