This dryer is awesome. So easy to operate. The clothes come out looking great. I'm very happy with it. The capacity is great.

I am very pleased thus far with the performance of these machines. My daughter & son-in-law have a similar pair which they have had for over a year and have had no problems and like their performance as well. I bought large capacity to do comforts, blankets,and Carharts and they handled them perfectly. The washer has never gone out of balance and the dryer has surprised me by getting heavy loads done quicker than I expected. This pair is also considerably quieter during operation than my last. The delivery &installation was done quickly & professionally.

Giving. 4 star review so far it’s great but have only had for a week so time will tell I was extremely weary of purchasing any model or brand at this point due to negative reviews over every machine, quality and longevity just does t seem to be what it was 20 years ago but we shall see

Great dryer very strong and very easy to operate and it looks so good !

After almost 2 years of washer and dryers failing on me these are a God send! They work so well have lots of cleaning options and I am enjoying it very much. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

The “normal” setting does not get things dry the first time around and you usually have to run it again. As well as the lint try gets stuck and you have to yank it out every time you need to empty it. This is just ok, there are better options.

We purchased this washer and dryer set as an upgrade to our old set. I wish we would have kept the old ones. The first GE dryer Best Buy delivered was DOA. They brought a new one weeks later and this one has been nothing but issues. Best Buy has come to my home to work on this dryer multiple times and now the entire back plate on the inside fell off. Now Best Buy says we have to go through the manufacturer, ok will do. GE has been awful to work with. Definitely do not recommend this dryer or GE. Even when the dryer does work, I can only use it on "time dry" because the other settings will leave my clothes wet. When I told the tech that came out from GE he said the dryer gets hot so it's working. We purchased this dryer in August of 2023, it's only March of 2024 and it's nothing but issues.

Love this machine! I got the washer and dryer combo and so far,I am not disappointed. I have had this set since the week before Thanksgiving and I love it. I would recommend.

The GE Profile 7.4 cu. ft. electric dryer has been great so far. It looks sharp, holds a big load, and most importantly, it dries my clothes without fuss. The sanitize and steam options are a nice bonus, but honestly, I just toss clothes in and they come out dry every time. Simple, reliable, and does exactly what it should.

I thought it would do a better job at drying clothes. Seems like it takes longer than my old dryer. Overall it does good though and looks good, I like that I get alerts on my phone.

I was totally intimidated by the computerized smart controls & a washer without an agitator, but I’m sold now. It is fairly simple to operate, it’s amazingly quiet & it’s fast. My clothes are cleaner & softer, no tangles. Can’t quite figure out how to connect to wi-fi but I may get to it. Also, I ordered black which turned out to be charcoal gray & really pretty. Goes great with stainless appliances. It’s also bigger than my old extra capacity whirlpool. Have to stand on tiptoe to get to the items on the bottom.

I absolutely love my new washer and dryer set we bought from Best Buy. The employee that helped us was so helpful and we got the best deal for this product at Beat Buy. Remember the price match!! The washer is so easy to use and has a large capacity. I highly recommend this product and the Tiger Town Best Buy in Opelika, Al!!

The ultimate family washer & dryer set! Wow, even bulky comforters! I have never found this without the dryer, damaging the comforter… Until now!

When it works, it’s decent. Paid for install, and they don’t hook up the steam function. They also damaged it but gave me $150 off. It regularly makes a weird noise toward the end of the cycle. The notification sound is annoying because it repeats so many times.

I purchased the matching GE dryer along with the washer, and the dryer has been just as disappointing. The dryer makes a constant loud noise while running, loud enough that it can be heard throughout the house day and night. When the technician came out to service the washer, I asked about the dryer noise. He stated that this issue is common and is due to the plastic components now used inside the dryer’s mechanical system. In other words, this noise is not a one-off defect but a known issue tied to how these machines are now built. Unfortunately, that means this is something we are expected to live with. Having to endure loud, disruptive sounds every time the dryer runs is unacceptable, especially for a supposedly premium appliance. Between the washer’s repeated failures and the dryer’s constant noise, this set has been a major disappointment. These machines feel cheaply made and poorly engineered compared to older appliances that ran quietly and reliably for decades. GE should seriously reconsider producing washers and dryers altogether and focus on the areas where they perform better. Based on my experience, I would not purchase or recommend GE laundry appliances again.

Great Dryer, works as it should. Plenty of variations to the cycles and some you can download. It is a nice bonus to be able to track how long it is until the cycle is over from anywhere.
