It worked just okay the first 4 months Then clothes were still damp Clothes has to do another dryer cycle. Now it will not do a complete wash cycle of clothes. Most of the time it will only dry two or three items. I paid almost $700 dollars for dryer for this. I am stuck with . I know I will never buy another GE product. My first and my last.

Posted .We'd like to assist with the drying performance of your dryer. There are a few things we recommend trying that may resolve this. Be sure to remove and clean the lint filter each time it is used. The filter can be washed with warm soapy water to remove fabric softener residue from the screen. Check for an obstruction in the ductwork. Make sure the outside wall cap or damper is operating easily. If flexible ducting is used, be sure that it is not kinked and is installed properly. It is very attractive and drys extremely well. The only thing I don't like is that it does so many things that I have to read the manual to operate.

So far I’ve had no issues except with the light going on. It seems like the button might stick a little and if your dryer is on the right side of your washing machine, the handle to the dryer seems backwards, but it dries beautifully and I haven’t used the steam yet, but I will be using that shortly to make sure that everything works correctly.

Literally no complaints with our working model. Pro tip: go ahead and pay the extra $ for the delivery and install. My first unit was defective upon delivery and had to be taken back. There's also extra hoses due to steam feature. All of the above was taken care of without me having to lift a finger.

So we returned those and got these LG units. Cost a bit more but well worth it. We are very pleased. The AI feature sounds silly, but it works. Laundry done quicker than ever. We aren’t LG fans due to a bad experience with a refrigerator and their crappy service. But we are very pleased with these units. Also, the tilt and open options for the door is awesome.

Posted .A squeak when the dryer is started is considered normal. This start-up squeak should go away after the first few seconds of operation. If the squeak starts after the dryer has heated up but not heard when it is cool there is an issue that would require service. Bodewell Service can be reached by calling 1-833-426-3393.

The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and considerate. He showed us several brands with explanation of the units. We purchased because of his knowledge no so much worried about price. Sometimes it doesn’t matter about price when knowledge is shared.

We did pay for delivery and installation
