Barely a month old and does such a poor job of dry. Even after all the trouble shooting AND cleaning out vents it takes HOURS to dry a modest load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

We recommend trying the tips in the “Clothes take too long to dry” troubleshooting section on page 15 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the Best Buy product page.
