Also has a reversible door which worked out really well because of where the hook ups were located.

Absolutely love it! Love the features. Also has the best lint filter for a dryer that I have ever owned which is several in my 68 years. Side note, it’s an attractive looking machine. Very happy with this purchase.

I have washer and dryer and they are WiFi with capability to somehow connect washer and dry in the washer. I haven’t tried that yet. I’m just enjoying each product separately.

Disappointed GE Profile Washer and Dryer

The delivery technician was aware of the issue but still left the defective unit at my home. This occurred after my working washer and dryer were removed, as I had purchased this set as an upgrade. Over the course of 7 days and approximately 10 hours spent communicating with Best Buy, I attempted to resolve the issue, despite having purchased a 5-year extended warranty. In the meantime, I was forced to use the dryer on the “air” setting, only to discover that the drum continues to spin even when the door is opened, posing a serious safety hazard—especially for children. As for the washer, it fails to fully dissolve detergent pods, leaving residue and melted pod around the rim.. While GE Profile is marketed as a high-end brand, my experience with this set has fallen far short of those expectations.

One day I opened the washer and laundry was dry, wash never even started. It only works in normal mode all other programs aren’t taking water. Also when it works the laundry room smells like tar. The smell comes from a power cord

Defective moisture sensor damage to clothes
