This dryer has a steam option that is great for refreshing your clothes if they get a bit wrinkled. Also has a reversible door which worked out really well because of where the hook ups were located.

We’ve had the dryer for about 2 weeks and have used it about 14 times. Absolutely love it! Love the features. Also has the best lint filter for a dryer that I have ever owned which is several in my 68 years. Side note, it’s an attractive looking machine. Very happy with this purchase.

We love our washer and dryer. So many features, I now love doing laundry. Best Buy associates were wonderful and the installation process was so easy. The guys who installed our system were very helpful and knowledgeable. We are life customers

Beautuful. I have washer and dryer and they are WiFi with capability to somehow connect washer and dry in the washer. I haven’t tried that yet. I’m just enjoying each product separately.

When my unit was delivered, the dryer was nonfunctional and would not heat. The delivery technician was aware of the issue but still left the defective unit at my home. This occurred after my working washer and dryer were removed, as I had purchased this set as an upgrade. Over the course of 7 days and approximately 10 hours spent communicating with Best Buy, I attempted to resolve the issue, despite having purchased a 5-year extended warranty. In the meantime, I was forced to use the dryer on the “air” setting, only to discover that the drum continues to spin even when the door is opened, posing a serious safety hazard—especially for children. As for the washer, it fails to fully dissolve detergent pods, leaving residue and melted pod around the rim.. While GE Profile is marketed as a high-end brand, my experience with this set has fallen far short of those expectations.

It broke down after a month. One day I opened the washer and laundry was dry, wash never even started. It only works in normal mode all other programs aren’t taking water. Also when it works the laundry room smells like tar. The smell comes from a power cord

metal part used for moisture sensor was sticking out and snagging clothes. Put holes in very expensive clothes on the 1st day.

I love these units, they were easy to install and easy to use. The auto dispense makes laundry for 5 much easier. The fresh vent setting has also kept any and all mositure out of the washer and has kept it smelling clean. The dryer works amazing as well and the clothes never need to be ran twice. The different settings have helped keep our laundry fresh and soft. The lint catch is also very easy to clean. These are forever units!

This new GE dryer does not disappoint! Had to have a second one delivered because first had a short. Best Buy was awesome and quickly had a replacement brought to us. This dryer is amazing. It dries fast and can handle king size comforter with ease. Online reviews talk about a tiny hard to clean lint trap, simply not true as you merely unfold the two halves to clean. Super easy! Do not hesitate as this dryer is the best we have had in 30 years.
