Loving the blue sapphire color. The lint trap as it collects lint well and is easy to empty. My dryer is linked to my Wi-Fi which gives me additional special drying options within the App. NIce and quiet and the laundry is well dried and smells great!

Spent about $2k on the GE Profile Washer Dryer Stack on 7/3 with a delivery/install date of 7/7. They showed up on 7/7 without the mounting kit and rescheduled the install/delivery for 7/12. They did not call or show up on 7/12, so I drove about 15mi to the Dewitt, NY store and rescheduled the install/delivery for 7/17. On 7/17 they again showed up without the mounting kit but left the washer & dryer units and said they would return by the end of the day with the mounting kit and install the units. They never showed up, so I had to drive back to the store, pick up the mounting kit and went home to install them myself. Complete incompetence all around and a huge waste of my time, avoid Best Buy for appliances at all costs if you value your time!

Especially blankets. But this unit gets the job done. The light is nice and bright so i cant load/unload jn the dark.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was excited to buy these with my wife who loved the blue color....First one went directly to pause when trying to cycle. Sometimes, maybe 1/25 times of hitting start it might work. Exchanged, just hooked up the new one, automatic pause mode. What are the odds 2 in a row could have a sensor issue. Im going to change the breaker in my panel just to be sure, but QC seems terrible. The washer has been great btw! Having to hang dry our clothes because a 1k dryer doesnt work. IF I have to request a 2nd replacemnt I sure hope yall test it at the store first, tired of wasting my days waiting from 7am - 7pm for delivery. Okay rant over.

It is absolutely beautiful; however, we are sorry for your inconvenience and can understand how upsetting this would be for you. If you'd like to have a technician out to your home, you can certainly do that under warranty by calling GE Consumer Service at 1-800-432-2737.

Have tons of features, huge capacity and with the Wi-Fi connection you know when your clothes are ready, and also have a feature that connects with the washer and tells you the best option for drying your clothes!
