    This was the first time buying an appliance from Best buy. I was impressed with the selections you offered and even more impressed by the service of the salesman. Mr. Prude was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect, even the store manager couldn't have been better. We usually go to Lowe's to purchase appliances but no more, I guess at 65 years of age, an old dog can learn something new after all.

    Probably the best dryer on the market. Removes all pet hair and most pilling on our laundry. Hasn't shurken any of clothing. We typically just use it on the times dry on low heat setting. App is nice but a little useless. We use it just to track the time. Would be nice if you could start it at any time. At the moment, you can only start it from the app if you set the dial to the delayed setting
