Love the performance and capacity of this dryer. Really is saving time as I have cut down my washing loads in half per week. The steam feature is a nice option to have and keeps the wrinkles out. The wifi app gives me a notifications on my phone when the clothes are dry or close to it. Also, keeps track of number of dryer sheets left as well number of cycles used along with many other neat features. The Carbon Graphite color is absolutely beautiful and really adds a modern look. Looking forward to many years of an enjoyable clothes drying experience!

Well the best and only setting i can use on the dryer is bulky bedding no matter what i dry. I cant use any orher settings or it will not be fully dried. Directions say change setting to more dry and it solves heavier items problem drying but the machine will not change to that setting on most options. Permanent press is not hot and dewrinkle does not work. When you try sanitize load it changes to 4 hours!!!! 4 hrs to sanitize!! If i knew that i would not have bought it. The good news its its huge And u dont need a stand for it. First in tighter spots and it will dry on bulky bedding. For the cost im disappointed it did not do more.

The GE profile washer is pretty neat and physically appealing. I got the grey but I’d have loved the blue instead for the sake of beauty. It is effective, with multiple settings. I got the 5.3 cu size. That is a little bit much for a family of 4. A size of 5.0 would have been sufficient but to each their own. It comes with a matching dryer so u can pair both.

The dryer works better than expected. Dries clothes in half the amount of time. It stacks well with the matching washer. The WiFi alert feature notifies you when the dryer is near completion and let’s you continue to tumble remotely.

We are very happy with the features of the GE products. Which the mobile app could be used by multiple users at the same time.

Love it! Dries so much faster than our previous brand that’s starts with the letter “L”, and ends with the letter “G”.

Pretty standard dryer with one huge fault - does not thoroughly dry large, bulky items. Sheet sets and blankets consistently roll up into a cylinder, leaving the interior wet. Unless actively detangling the items, it takes multiple cycles to completely dry items. Everything comes out wrinkled & a tangled mess.

I got a lemon. Work twice n died — got it on. Thursday, used it the following Sunday and that was it. Those two times it worked really well but it has been Very frustrating. Waiting for a replacement. Once I get the new one. Hopefully it will be a better experience. My GE PROFILE experience has always been excellent— not sure what happened.

Love the new GE Profile washer and dryer from Best Buy! The delivery team removed our old set and install the new ones in less than one hour. The vent and steam features and great, and this is the perfect size for large loads of laundry. We love the auto-dispense feature the washer has for detergent.

Love this dryer. It is very quiet. It dries thoroughly and quickly even on the lowest settings. Washing large blankets and rugs has been no problem. Looks fantastic too.

This is a great looking dryer that is very easy to use,very stylish, dependable and great quality. The large capacity tube in the dryer is great, it can actually completely dry large loads of clothes in one cycle. And the wrinkle feature does work very well. The dryer is really quiet, gets the job done effortlessly. I would recommend this dryer.

The dryer does a great job of drying large loads fast, is quieter than I expected and integrates well with the app. I really like how the settings from the washer will transfer to the dryer. My only negative is that some of the lights on the dial aren't functional. I need to reach GE to get this addressed.

This is a top of the line GE Profile dryer with a generous capacity, The SmartHQ app makes monitoring laundry loads while away from home useful. It has a solid amount of beneficial tech and it looks good.

Works great replaced my 20 year old whirlpool and dries my clothes in no time. Haven’t used all the steam functions yet but clothes come out great. Not a huge fan of lint trap but it does catch a lot.

I purchased both the 5.3 cu washer and this dryer. I absolutely loved the cleaning performance of the washer and the efficiency of the dryer. However, after owning both for less than 2 years, both stopped working within a week of each other. The dryer overheated to the point that I was worried about it being a fire hazard. The spin cycle stopped on the washer. I had service out to fix both. Three months later, still shy of 2 years, the dryer seems hotter than normal but not nearly as bad. The washer spins intermittently so having to run a separate spin cycle until this morning when after closing the door, the washer would not work, stating the door was open. Service came again and now the door will not open. They state the computer needs to be replaced as well as the door. The cost of repair is more than the cost of a new washer so my only option is to replace both the washer and dryer - less than 2 years after purchase. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.

This dryer is a BEAST! It holds sooooo much! It dries super fast, has setting for everything you could imagine and even tells you when the HUGE lint filter needs cleaning (I personally do it every time but my kids not so much!) You won't be disappointed! Plus my phone and my home Alexa let me know "your dryer is done"...love it!

If you have the budget to purchase this, i would 100% recommend you to get it. Its quiet and gets the job done, it has an app for your phone to see washing/drying cycles, i haven’t had many expensive dryers in my life as i am 20, but its just such a nice dryer, especially if you have the matching washer
