No Dryer Rack

Loses one star for lack of a drying rack--can't even buy one. This is really not acceptable for a high-end dryer.

Extremely Loud, Had to close the laundry room door

Brand new out of the box and it was extremely loud, squeaky and seemed like the drum if out of balance. I washed a very light load and it sounded as if the machine had a pair of loose tennis shoes inside of it. I contacted Best Buy and they are coming to replace the unit soon. I’ll post another update once it arrives and we use it.

My wife especially likes the large capacity. Dryer is quiet and dries our clothes wrinkle free. I get a notice on my phone to let me know the clothes dryer is almost done (be sure to remove the clothes as soon as possible after cycle is done).

Dries clothes so fast

If you can have a gas option dryer do it. Stop wasting time and energy. Stop giving money to the electric utility. The machine dried 3 large blankets in 15 minutes. All batches of clothes has been even less. Don't lose time on laundry. Don't waste money on utilities. Invest in quality appliances. The Owasso, OK Best Buy Geek Squad were communicative and excellent deliver speed and professionalism.

Drying using it sensor is NEVER completely dry. It is also a very uneven dryer, cloths will come out various degrees of dryness. Compared to my previous electrolux this was never an issue. The sensor with that unit always accurate.

Both washer and dryer spin cycles can be heard thought the entire house even with the utility room door closed. The excess noise is due to no insulation for poor design of the motors. Very disappointed.

Top of the line dryer!

Quick drying and does the job! Solid construction! The only slight negative is that it is loud. Our laundry room is against the family family room and we can sometimes hear it through the walls. But I would buy this again!

Features/buttons are nice, but don't seem practical for a normal person. Mainly bought for the smart feature of knowing when the clothes are dry since this is in my basement. The app really limits you to what you can do with dryer settings. I wish I could add more time through the app or adjust the heat settings. It takes about 58 minutes to dry a regular load of laundry, which seems to be too much. I ran my old dryer at 70 minutes. Hard to believe the new dryer can only beat my older dryer by 12 minutes of having clothes dried. The dryer doesn't seem very efficient with dryer clothes. I've tried different settings and on the highest heat and 58 minutes is the best it can do to get the clothes dry. I got this as a floor model/scratch and dent for a great price. At retail, I wouldn't purchase again.
