    Worst Washer/Dryer ever purchased!

    It seems that my review on the official GE website won't post, so I'll do it here. It's clear that quality is not a priority for GE. Within the past 9 months, I've had to do multiple phones calls with GE to get the dryer repaired. Within a few months, we needed to get the dryer door replaced because the exterior glass was coming out. On top of that the switch also needed to be replaced, since you can open the dryer and it would still spin! On top of that, it takes them days to just get a technician in to simply diagnose the issue. It takes a week or more to get the part. I highly recommend you also keep your receipt and all records of communication as well. GE can't even keep the record of when you purchased it correctly. Avoid this product at all cost!
