No stars, this appliance does not work. Best Buy and GE are also not taking care of the problem. This dryer does not dry clothes in less than 3-4 cycles, on any cycle, and the clothes are still damp. Two repair techs say there is nothing wrong with that, and the dryer is "trash"

The dryer is very bad! In the middle of the heat I burn my joggers and in a delicate mode with low heat I shrink my daughter's clothes, I don't recommend it, I'm going to return it and buy another one.

This dryer has been doing a great job for me and this morning my grandson is visiting with his big bag of laundry! Again things dried the way I set the drying cycle. I have owned the machine for 2 months and all is well.

Worst Washer/Dryer ever purchased!

It seems that my review on the official GE website won't post, so I'll do it here.
It's clear that quality is not a priority for GE. Within the past 9 months, I've had to do multiple phones calls with GE to get the dryer repaired. Within a few months, we needed to get the dryer door replaced because the exterior glass was coming out. On top of that the switch also needed to be replaced, since you can open the dryer and it would still spin!
On top of that, it takes them days to just get a technician in to simply diagnose the issue. It takes a week or more to get the part.
I highly recommend you also keep your receipt and all records of communication as well. GE can't even keep the record of when you purchased it correctly.
Avoid this product at all cost!
