Ice melts way to fast, so always running.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback on your Opal Ice Maker. It is normal for the ice to melt if not used immediately. We recommend moving the ice to a freezer to keep it from melting. We're sure you'll continue loving the ice from this unit for a long time to come!
