Very easy to set up and begin using. Works as advertised. Wife loves the unit, but just wish the price was more reasonable for the size.

I love my machine. Been needing to purchase one after my last one had issues. But really at the time didn't want to spend the money. I had a Theryne ice machine that had metal pieces broken off in the ice and leaking everywhere. Company replace it with the same machine. Six months later it did it again. And the company wouldn't honor the warranty anymore. So I did without until I couldn't stand doing without my ice. So I bit the bullet and got the new machine. So far no issues. Best Buy said if I had any issues bring it back because I am a total tech member and have been for years. That is why I love Best Buy and purchased all my stuff from them.

Excellent nugget ice maker. Loved ours but after 2 years started making growling sound. Good news is the 4 year Geek Squad warranty was worth every dollar as it was replaced with kind on the spot. Thats customer service! FYI, imo much better engineering than the other version of Opal.

Great ice maker love it. Just do not like the scoop storage holder. But still no big deal. I would buy again.

Awesome machine! All of our family loves the ice. Cheaper than a new fridge due to broken ice maker. Easy to set up, use and refill.

Is louder than the one i had but does make great ice however in less than a year already broke down will be taking it to geek sqad for repair wish me luck

My wife no longer has to go to the gas stations to get her "pebble" ice as she calls it. This machine is amazing. I recommend using distilled water only. And also.... If you use distilled remove that awful filter. That filter was restricting the water flow. If it's distalled you will be fine. The ice machine does make noise but nothing that is overpowering. We have it on a rolling cart and off to the side since it's on the large side. You will not be disappointed.

I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE this ice maker. It works perfect and is never low on ice like previous ones that I have had. Easy to set up and easy to fill up with water.

I love it. It is a little bigger than the one I had, but it works great. It will not go under me cabinet but I love it.

Firs a great job making ice and ice nuggets areca hit. Only challenge us water tank is angled (design) abd can make it a challenge to fill.

I have mixed feelings about this ice maker. I want to keep it but I want to return it as well. First of all, it makes great ice and it makes it fairly quickly. It really is like Sonic’s ice. I have no issues at all with the ice itself. My biggest problem is that the extra water tank on the side leaks. It is simply a very bad engineering design. If the extra tank is actually needed, it needs to be self-contained, like a coffee maker. I have resorted to not filling the external tank at all and just pouring water into the internal cavity under the ice. The machine seems to have no problems with doing this. It still makes ice just fine. If I could remove the external tank altogether, that is what I would do, but I don’t think it will work without it. I have not asked yet. To sum it all up, the ice is great, bit the machine has been designed very poorly.

This best ice maker I ever had in my life. The ice is nice and small.

Small ice cubes, plenty of them made quickly and quietly.

I love the ice that it makes. It's just a noise machine a lot of weird noises. You have to be careful.You don't put too much water in it or it will go all over the counter. I plan on givingit more time to use.
