I have mixed feelings about this ice maker. I want to keep it but I want to return it as well. First of all, it makes great ice and it makes it fairly quickly. It really is like Sonic’s ice. I have no issues at all with the ice itself. My biggest problem is that the extra water tank on the side leaks. It is simply a very bad engineering design. If the extra tank is actually needed, it needs to be self-contained, like a coffee maker. I have resorted to not filling the external tank at all and just pouring water into the internal cavity under the ice. The machine seems to have no problems with doing this. It still makes ice just fine. If I could remove the external tank altogether, that is what I would do, but I don’t think it will work without it. I have not asked yet. To sum it all up, the ice is great, bit the machine has been designed very poorly.

Firs a great job making ice and ice nuggets areca hit. Only challenge us water tank is angled (design) abd can make it a challenge to fill.

Perfect machine for that “good ice”. Makes ice fast and easy to operate.

I have had this ice maker for i think a month now and im happy with it. We have a very small counter top so we have it else where. Its not very loud and makes plenty of ice. I didnt leave the side tank hooked up because it makes it pretty quick. The ice is very easy to eat after a couple minutes in a drink or in a cup. My coffee game has been forever changed.

I purchased this for my biyfriend for Christmas. Hel oves Sonic Ice and would drive 30 minutes way to the nearest store at least twice a week to get bags of their ice. We have substituted that drive with this machine. He says the ice is a nice blend of Sonic & Chic Fila ice but better. It makes plenty of ice within two hours enough to fill up containers to last for a few days nefore a new batch is needed. He loves his new toy!

Our other machine stopped working so I ordered this one for my husband. So happy with it so far, love the extra water tank cause we use a lot of ice. It's a little pricey but so far definitely worth it. Has a bigger area to hold ice as well ...

I love the ice that it makes. It's just a noise machine a lot of weird noises. You have to be careful.You don't put too much water in it or it will go all over the counter. I plan on givingit more time to use.

I like this version than the previous models. It's sleek looking. It seals well and keeps the ice well.

The machine is Awesome it clean itself and let you know when to add it water ..

This product is making really good ice and is efficient, my only complaint is that it is a little loud, but only when making the ice. Other than that I really like it and my family does as well.

This has been a great machine. Quiet, produces a good amount of ice, and still functioning without issues a year later. Definitely worth the cost.
