The ice maker in our fridge just didn’t make enough ice fast enough so decided to try this out. Setup wasn’t difficult and it started making ice within 15 mins. My kids love crunching in the ice. Great buy!

I Love, Love, Love this machine. Ice nuggests are perfect. I purchased for bar, whole house uses it. My granddaughter loves to just eat a cup of ice. I recently bought another ice maker and wasn’t too happy about it. Now with this nugget maker the entire family is either drinking more or just getting cups of ice and chewing it. We are very happy with our purchase. The only bummer was that it didn’t not fit under my counter but we put it next to our coffee machine on its own cabinet.

This is a drink game changer for my family. If you like nugget ice, then look no more! Yes it’s pricey but so are 2.99 drinks plus my kids drink more water now.

Loved this ice maker. But.....it started to corrode at the seams and was leaking. It was really big for my kitchen. It made the best ice. Luckily I had the Best Buy protection program and they refunded me for it. I do miss it though.

I love this nugget ice maker. I set it to go on and off before I get up in the morning and again before I get home. The ice is perfect for my Hydro Flask water bottle, soft drinks and cocktails. You can even put the nuggets into your soda bottles. I hung the scooper on the side with a Command Hook. It’s whisper quiet so not sure what’s up with those other reviews. You need this in your life.

I have to say this really is a GREAT ice machine. I love how fast and easy it makes ice. I was a bit worried because of the price, and not ever owning an ice machine. I got the stainless steel black and it matches my other appliances. It has a subtle motor running hum when it’s making ice but it’s nothing to scream and shout about. It’s not very loud. I did get the extra warranty just in case it has issues down the road. So far I’m very happy with this machine. The WiFi app connected without any problems and is an added feature that is nice to have. If your looking for an ice maker spend the extra and get the opal.

I received this nugget ice maker as a Mother’s Day gift and it’s exactly what I wanted. The quality of nugget ice is exactly like the ice from Sonic. I highly recommend this for the who love nugget ice.

Buyer beware. I had my original unit for about 8 months then stopped working. After multiple calls with customer service they sent me a new one. Just over a year - this one doesn’t work. Yes I did the recommended cleaning. Ran through vinegar, bleach w water etc. I took it apart to check the hoses . Yikes! Btw even with the hoses cleaned. Still doesn’t work. While pebble is great - this machine is not. Especially for the price!

Love, love this ice maker. It was easy to assemble, works as described, and very quiet. I would highly recommend. The ice is small and according to my granddaughters, it's just like the ice at Chick'l-fil-a! It has all the bells and whistles incuding a light to make getting ice in the middle of the night without having to turn on ceiling lights.

Best little ice machine ever! Produces ice better than advertised. Wish it would have came with metal scoop (easily purchased separately) than the plastic one.

This is the best ice maker to have if you love sonic ice. It doesn’t take long to make. I love using the Wi-Fi also.

I’ve had other, much less expensive, countertop ice makers before and I’ll never buy another one again. Not only does this make the best chewable nugget ice but it’s so much quieter then other ice makers. I battled with my husband over this ice maker because of the price and had to make a deal that if I didn’t absolutely love it, I would return it. Well.... I love it! I’ve had it for 7 months now and every once in a while it makes a big of extra noise, not really loud, but it’s brief and doesn’t really bother anyone.

GE Opal 2.0 bought for a birthday present and it was a huge hit. The ice the machine makes is very good especially when you run filtered water through it and it is very chewable. Highly recommended if you don’t have a particular machine in mind or are in need of a larger quantity of ice in a short time
