I replaced it for another Profile that includes an air fryer and convection oven. What a deal. I’m am very pleased with this purchase, hoping it will last 20 years or longer. Best Buy is a company I depend on.

But if I had it to do over again, I would have purchased the (equivalent) version that doesn’t have the knob. I thought the knob would make it easier to rapidly select times and what not. But the engineer at GE that worked on this neutered the behaviors behind the knob rendering it a “pretty” waste of time. It’s also annoying to keep clean. So, just go for the flat panel sibling. Otherwise, it’s a really good if not outstanding (finishes in “show” position) oven.

I really like my new GE Profile Oven

I do sometimes think it is a bit under-powered, I do not find this as a major concern. I have been experimenting a lot and I really like this appliance.

It worked great! Air fryer is very convenient too! I love that a microwave isn't only one function!

My New GEProfile Convection Microwave

The microwave is an update from my previous GE profile that I loved.

Good microwave, dont let best buy comtract install

We suspect when it was installed the screws on the vent fitting were installed with a power driver and stripped the thin metal. I just havent had a chance to pull it down yet to fix. The installer best buy contracted was a joke snd damaged several appliances and the replacements. The microwave has been great otherwise.

Fts Convection over-the-range Microwave with Sensor Cooking and Chef Connect is fantastic! It's easy to use, easy to set the cook time and the display give useful prompts as you're selecting cook method and time. It has 3 vent fan settings and a Low/High Light setting to illuminate the stovetop. It's also roomier than my previous unit. This unit fit in my space perfectly. Thank you, GE and Best Buy!
