I recommend taking advantage of your warranty by having a GE Appliance technician properly diagnose and repair your appliance. You can schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule on-line at http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm . GE Appliances technicians are certified specialists trained by the factory and supported by our technical assistance team. They use proprietary computer technology to more accurately diagnose the problem and make sure the appliance is fixed properly. No other servicer has this technology. - TREY@GEA GE_Appliances
