Not good for family size over 3Posted
Very small inside, cannot load many plates and dishes. Not adequate for family size over 2. We're having to run 3 loads a day versus 2 with our prior dishwasher. Only 1 position for small plates on top rack and they fall to the left or to the right. Dishwasher does not dry. Has lots of bells and whistles but does not have the basics. I paid top dollars assuming I would get the basics (space, good cleaning and drying) and bells and whistles but this dishwasher does not have the basics any dishwasher should offer.

I purchased this dishwasher about six months ago and I run it at least 5 times a week. The operation is incredibly quiet, which is the main reason I chose this dishwasher. Additionally, I like the bottle jets and the many wash jets throughout the dishwasher. I did a lot of research before choosing this dishwasher, but I wasn't able to see one in person before it was delivered. I wish I had. As it turns out, I was quite disappointed with the load configuration on this dishwasher. One of the reasons I run it so often is that it doesn't hold as much as my previous Kenmore Elite. The top rack has strangely configured tines which allow for two rows of very wide glasses (which I don't need), one very narrow row (kinda pointless since very little fits), a center row that sits higher than other rows, which means it's only useful for short glasses, and one normal row that fits my coffee mugs. I understand the center row sitting up (there is a water channel underneath to allow for jets for the top of the dishwasher) but the extra wide outside rows are just a waste of space. The bottom rack has tines set so far apart on one row that I'm unable to wash smaller plates and saucers, which limits the usefulness of that row. You buy a dishwasher for the ability to load and wash dishes. It's a bonus if the dishwasher is quiet and efficient. I wish I had been able to see this dishwasher in person before purchasing, because I feel like I got the bonus without the main performance points I need in a dishwasher. All that being said, I do love the quiet. I just wished the racks were better configured so that the dishwasher fit my dishes, cups and glasses. I would recommend this dishwasher with reservations. I would suggest looking at the rack configuration before purchasing to see if it will work for you.
