It intermittently fails to turn off the burner, which is a safety concern. I've attempted to contact Best Buy for assistance but have been unsuccessful in reaching a representative due to the automated voice system, which has proven to be ineffective for addressing my issue.

If the issue persists, do not use that burner for now and call Bodewell Service at 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) to schedule a service appointment to have one of our highly trained technicians check your cooktop

Heard so many good things about gas cooktops but this one does not meet my expectations.

Poor Quality Finish

Within the first year the finish was peeling off the plastic knobs. Expected a little more from this product than having to replace after 2 years because it looks horrible. It cooks OK though. Feel it should be a bit better for the price. Seems more like a sub $900 Cooktop
