I’m so pleased with this dishwasher. It is quiet and does a great job. Everything came out wet in my previous one and I save so much time no longer having to dry my dishes. The only feature this dishwasher is missing is the rinse and hold cycle which I previously had. I really didn’t use it often so I’d rather have clean and dry dishes at the end! My only complaint is you can’t tell if the Rinse Aid compartment is full or empty. Not a good design GE.

This dishwasher has been wonderful in the 9 months we've had it. I performs extremely well and dishes come out spotless every time. The third rack is fantastic for small and long, flat items, as is the adjustable 2nd rack. I still cannot believe how quiet this dishwasher is while running--far quieter than my past 2 dishwashers. This is a great machine.

I had a dishwasher that worked fine. It came with the house and wasn't very old, but you like so many others, I had to wash the dishes before I put them in there, it took forever, and they usually came out cloudy. No fun. I'd been hinting at a new one for a while and the deals were nice so I finally got myself a new one and my husband installed it the weekend before Thanksgiving. Dinner's over and I start loading this thing up. For starters, I notice I'm able to get a bit more in it, thanks to the better layout of the racks as well as the 3rd rack. I rinsed off the big chunks, put them in without "washing" them and I was so impressed with how clean they came out! No cloudiness, everything was sparkly, and they were dry! I also love that I can run a small load with only an upper or lower, and the bottle jets are nice for when you just can't get inside the bottles, even plastic comes out nice and clean. The controls and display are nice too, though it took me a bit to get used to how to make them work as they're a little sensitive. Overall, I'm very happy with this machine.

Ok...so this was purchased as a part of our kitchen remodel (completed just days before the Great Covid-19 Shutdown). Let me just say, I think it is worth the money, just for the quietness; but there is a trade-off (read on...) The excellent: This baby is ultra-quiet. Oh, is this so much quieter than the 20-year old GE dishwasher we replaced (yeah, our GE worked like a champ for 20-years...which is why we went with GE again). When stuff comes out, there is no spotting; my wife hates that and this was important to her, and therefore important to me :-) The good: That third rack for knives, spatulas, etc is a real winner. The unexpected: You know, I was not prepared for the length of time a wash cycle can be. So make sure this baby is full when you run it, because it can take a while, depending on your selection. The Ok: electronic controls are nice, and laid out logically. Just remember, if you press and hold start continuously for 3 seconds, you can start over. :-) There are a lot of options. The 'Meh': The bottle washer was a little disappointing. It will not wash a soda stream bottle. It could also be just me not doing it right. Aesthetically, I am not a fan of the handle. We have a galley kitchen so look (sleek, no incongruent lines) matters.

This dishwasher looks sleek and stylish in our kitchen. It is very quiet and shows time remaining till your dishes is done. It does take over 2hrs during the normal wash cycle which is longer than our previous dishwasher. My only complaint is the middle rack having a hump in the middle due to the sprayer being on the bottom of it. It creates dishes loading at an angle which makes this rack inefficient. We miss our old dishwasher racking! Overall, we’re satisfied with the purchase. They don’t make appliances like they use to though!

Very Quiet, Took longer to install than I expected.Installation instructions were a little to vague. Have not used it enough to really give it a true grade. Seems to be a good purchase.

Wife is happy, so everyone is happy! No issues with this open box item at all. Best Buy employees had this wrapped up good and ready to go (purchased online) and didn't mind when we unwrapped it to check it over. Installed same day and gave it a good test, no issues so far. Bought the optional Wi-Fi adapter for it and for this type of appliance I can see us using it. With the display on top - you can't see time remaining and such on the display. With the app you can see what its doing (its whisper quiet) time remaining, it even updated the software on the Wi-Fi adapter and the dishwasher itself. Great product and excellent service from Best Buy!

Really quite and great cleaning, looks amazing and love the 3rd rack feature

This is by far the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned. Even standing next to it, it's difficult to tell it's running. Wash times are fast as well. Love the adjustable top rack. the built in disposer and the bottle jets. I don't use the third rack nearly as much as I thought I would. I also REALLY like the front display that displays the dishes are clean. No more asking "hey did you run the dishwasher?"

Best dishwasher ever! Love the 3rd tray for cooking utensils. Love the extra jets for tall glasses or bottles. Love the extra jets for the silverware. Plus it’s soooo quiet! There’s only a small noise when you first turn it on. After that, you hear absolutely nothing and wonder if it’s on. And it is. Dishes come out sparkling clean. I HIGHLY recommend this dishwasher!

Great dishwasher from the GE Profile line. Just installed it myself, and for this sale price... the silverware basket jets and the bottle jets AND the third rack is just the best way to go. Almost did the Adora from GE and Home Depot, but the sale at BB popped just before ordering.

This dishwasher looks very nice, works very well, and is very quiet.

I really like the bottle jets on the second rack, they are wonderful for sanitizing water bottles. The third rack is great for plastic lids.

GE Profile owned 19 years, bit the dust. Got a new one, fancy stainless steel inside and out. Swapped out in three hours. Deeper, thicker insulation and sound gaskets than before. This is very quiet, I have to look at it to see if it’s running! Not quite as big as before and lost wine glass stem holders. But gained third rack, bottle wash and extra silver wash! We are very pleased

Very guiet. Dishes get very clean. Lots of room for all size dishes and pots.

My dishwasher before was horrible so hard to compare the two .. This one is SUPER quiet and gets my dishes clean and they DRY! My ONLY complaint about this dishwasher is that it no longer comes with the wine glass shelf/stem holder that attach to the top drawer so that you can hold the stems up and they don't fall over.. My parents have this same one from a couple years back so slightly different model but all the same functionality... they love theirs too and its still going strong after a couple years of heavy use. i like i can do small loads in this one as well so don't have to wait for a full and waste water.. so yeah other then the missing wine glass /stemwear holders they don't include anymore this is a great purchase.

Love the product. Delivery was actually early and efficient. In and out within 30 minutes. So pleased!

The dishwasher is quiet and does a good job however very loud during drying. It’s a fine dishwasher but seems way over priced at the retail, getting on sale is a must.

Not only does it clean everything, but it is very quiet. I also love the 3rd shelf!
