Best buy is not doing good here
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We ordered this dishwasher and scheduled the delivery, which still has not come 3 weeks later. The scheduled delivery was set for 1 pm - 8 pm, at 9 pm my wife got a call from the delivery guy saying some bridge was closed preventing him from making it on time so we'd have to reschedule tomorrow. Anyway, tomorrow came and we went to reschedule, only to get turned down because Best Buy is saying the order is still showing it's "pending for delivery" (whatever that means), so we need to wait. What a bunch of bull right! Over a week later, same story, and still no dishwasher. I would like to add that I also have total tech support, which offers absolutely no benefit!
