Do not let the installers take the shipping bolts & brackets. You might need them. Best Buy installed this wrong and will not fix it.

Don’t waste your money just build one!

Ended up having to build my own platform to raise the machine up to adult's size operating level.

Lack of communication

They told me that they were going to notify Best Buy and replace. I have not received this pedestal as of yet. And it is indicating on my account that it was delivered. I tried to call Best Buy and no assistance as of yer.
