This 4th game is just as awesome as the others. I love the tone of it, as it harkens back to the feel of the original game. It's got more awesome weapons but the same great gameplay you've come to know and love!

i've been playing gears since it first came out in 06 and i can't get enough. i love the graphics and the campaign, the only thing that bugs me are the req packs (kinda like halo 5) other than that, i love this game

The game brings back the intense moments from the old games. The story is well developed through the chapters and multiplayer has been overhauled to have those quick and accurate fights that made this game great.

Gears of war 4 is a really good and well-made game. The story is good and graphics as well. In my opinion is a good start for the best-game franchise in xbox. The Coalition and Microsoft studios made a good job.

Good graphics and gameplay. Single and multiplayer modes, which always gets a thumbs-up from me.

Skipped this originally. Bought on black Friday for the 4k graphics for my Xbox one x. Worth it!

Gameplay is still great and controls are basically the same. New characters, good story, new enemies. Very reminiscent of the original GoW. If you like multiplayer, then Horde mode with some buddies is a blast.

I've been a fan of the series for awhile, but the last few Gears games didn't really do much for me. GOW4 is a nice return to form, with an enjoyable campaign and multiplayer. The new developers got it right.

Grab your lancer and get ready to chainsaw your way through one of the best campaigns I've ever seen. Action lots of intense moments and new enemies that will take a lot of bullets to take down. 10 out of 10

Gears of War 4 was a blast to play through. The formula overall is familiar, but the developers added some nice tweaks to it making it feel fresh throughout the campaign. It's fun, gorgeous and the ability to play split screen is terrific. It's definitely one of the better games of 2016.

I've played through the original games and thought theyd cover all they could from a story point with this world. I was wrong, gameplay is great (roadie run!) and the story is fun to immerse yourself into.

While i usually don't play FPS games, Gears 4 was quite fun. It has an interesting story line and no shortage of arsenal to play with. The transitions were smooth and the game play never felt clunky. I thought Gears mixed it up between storyline and map type to keep it entertaining.

The Gears of War series has been known for over-the-top personalities, larger than comprehensible humans, the Locust foe and a largely brown, drab and depressing color pallet. Gears 4 flips that script. The game is beautiful, with impressive use of colors, you fight a much more varied group of enemies that aren't just Locust, and while Marcus Fenix makes a return, you won't be playing as a bunch of grizzled, larger than life meat heads this time. The voice acting is great, they're some genuine funny sections, and overall it's a blast to play. If you had left the Gears series behind and/or were skeptical of yet another studio taking up the mantle after Epic Games, give this a shot, it surprised me.

If you loved previous GOW games then you'll love this. The graphics look great and it's a story you will love. I haven't played much of the online play, but from the few games I played it was good.

I enjoyed this game very much. I was concerned that this was the 5th title in the series and I wouldn't be able to fully understand the story or characters but that was not the case. It lets the players go through the past quickly in the beginning so everybody's well equipped when they start on their own. Even though it was my first TPS game, I could learn and get used to the controls as the game progressed and it was really fun. I played at casual level which is the easiest and perfect for a novice tps player like me but there are three other difficulties for more experienced players. It also comes with the dlc code for all 4 titles released in the past. Totally worth the money and time.

Gears of War is one of the best series that came out on Xbox 360. Gears of War 4 is an excellent addition. Story and multiplayer is great to play. I recommed this game to Xbox One owners.

This game has everything you're looking for in a Gears of war shooter. Incredibly diverse and fun campaign with a terrific multiplayer. Horde mode never gets old and playing with friends is a blast!!

This game is crazy man. The graphics, sound, frame rate, and the story all at once really got me hooked. I love how it ended, but the next game should be even better.
