The Story line alone is worth the purchase... the multiplayer makes me feel as if im 17 again.. totally worth it!!

Best Gears yet. The story is deep and engaging. Graphics are top notch. Great controls and responsive cover mode.

Gears 4 is a great game. The campaign is fun and exciting and the multiplayer is fun. The graphics are good also.

Was hoping for 4 player but they ended up only making it a 2 player co op game. Story is pretty good. Graphics are amazing. The usual, lots of shooting and chainsaw sawing.

The game for the most part plays like a traditional Gears Of War i.e. with the cover system that it popularized, intense and brutal fire fights and some boss fights thrown in. But it does enough new stuff to not feel like a copy of all the previous games, in my opinion. This includes segments where you have fend of wave after wave of enemies using blockades and emplacements etc and enemies that force you to be mobile and not rely on the cover system too much.

Gears of War has always been one of my favorite Xbox games. I have been playing the series since Emergence Day. The game offers a lengthy campaign (coop), competitive online multiplayer versus mode, and survival mode. There's plenty of in-game bonus content (paid) and customization options (cosmetic). The base game was a steal for me at $22, especially since it includes all previous Gears of War games for free on from Xbox 360. I highly recommend this game.

Gears of War 4 came in with high expectations.... and it delivered! The visuals are very refreshing for the series, allowing for more color as opposed to the grey/black/whites of the prior series. Landscape shots are beautiful, and the amount of visual polish is outstanding. The story also delivered.. It is great they found a reasonable manner in which to bring in the characters of Gears 1/2/3. The ending has me excited to see where Gears of War 5 will go!

Another great Gears of War game. Fans of the series will enjoy this game. Story is good. Multiplayer is great.

It's GOW so the online is fun. Im sure the campaign is great but jumped straight to multiplaye. Great game.

Havent played gears in a while so it was good to play it again for the most part mostly the same but they have some great new additions and the story line is always good

Way better then the last one. Good story and very fun to play. I have not played any multiply player though.

The series returns to its roots. Awesome mechanics, great gameplay, pretty good story line. Best Gears yet!

This game is addicting. Loved playing the campaign and love the fact that it has all the other gow included.
