I've been with the Gears franchise since the first game and I was very much hoping this new installment would kick start things for the new console generation and boy did it ever. This game is a bloody blast! From the new weapons to the massively addictive new Horde mode tons to love here. Also! On a personal note you can download a pack to play as Run the Jewels. TOO COOL.

Fantastic game bought one for my daughter who's a gamer as well she loves it and plays it constantly we do battles online you won't be disappointed fun for the whole family keep in mind it is mostly I would say 16 in the kind of game not for little children but you can set the language settings so they will not hear any of the language that's inappropriate for children

I love gears of war. If you are a big fan like myself you will really enjoy the story and they really nailed the mp. Plus horde mode is better than ever. Also if you have an hdr tv this game is gonna make your jaw drop, it just looks amazing.

The game was very good graphics wise and it was very story oriented which is awesome but I felt that it was too short.

Veteran GOW players know why they must buy this game. It's also one of the best games for non-players (other people on the couch or in the room) to watch as an audience. Gotta love the 2 vs 2 mini game which can be exhilarating for both player and on-lookers! Even better - You and a fellow LIVE player can have loads of fun going through the Campaign in CoOP!

The story is great, the characters are interesting. You actually want to know what happens to them. A good single player campaign is a staple of this series. The multiplayer is fun. Best of all I love that they brought back split screen co op. Now I can play with my son. Oh and it comes with codes for the first 4 gears games, which are backwards compatible.

I've been a huge Gears fan since Emergence Day back on the Xbox 360. I have to say that Gears 4 was "meh" for me. Yes the graphics on this game are amazing, the sound is great too but the story just doesn't have that "umph." I couldn't wait to finish the game because I was so bored. Multiplayer is where its at with Gears and there is plenty to tackle here. I will say that Horde mode is fantastic.

Awesome return to campaign and multiplayer splendor. Worth the wait!

I've played a hand full of enhanced One X games & this one is my favorite. The draw distance & detail of the characters is amazing.

Game is fun and graphics are really good; however, controls are a little hard to get use to. Overall, still a fun game.
