I was unsure how this game was going to play out after some of the reviews I read. It sounded like it was not going to be as intense or story-driven as the previous installments. However, after playing it, I can say those reviews were misleading. This game is great! I highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the 4-player coop on one of the older gears. When I tried to go on with my friends, we we shocked to see it was gone. Admittedly, still have yet to go in team deathmatches online. Learning curve is great and I just want to get reacclimated to controls. But graphics are great. Game is fun. I just dig Gears, period. One of the selling points for XBone. That and Forza.

This gears game has very good graphics for an Xbox game. I have both PS4 and Xbox one and this one compares to PS4 graphics. Game is entertaining and the storyline is great. Was waiting on this franchise to get the ball rolling and they went the right direction for sure with this one!

This is a great game overall. Great campaign and multiplayer. Love Horde mode!

`This is my first gears of war game that I have gotten. If you have never played an entry in this series before the controls are a little bit of a learning curve. The story is ok and has its moments. Online and playing with friends is where the game truly shines. If you have friends that play this is definitely worth it plus the first 4 games included is an absolute steal!!

Easily one of my favorite games of 2016. The Campaign is short but enjoyable. Horde mode is excellent. Lots of Fun especially with a friend or family member online or on the couch. I've played through the Campaign once but plan to play through it again with my sons through 2 player split screen Couch Co-Op. This is also a great value includes all the 360 games plus the new one.

The campaign is as good as the original. Multiplayer is pretty fun as well.

The single player campaing was a little shorter than I expected, but I did enjoy it. I played in normal so there's plenty of opportunity to go back and try different difficulties and or grab all the collectibles/achievements. I'm not into multiplayer at all so I can't really comment, but from what I hear, there countless hours of gaming on the multiplayer portion of the game.

Loving the cross play feature for gears 4. Can now play on PC and Xbox one for a good price

Outstanding game, I've beasted through the previous gears of war games and decided to give this one a shot. I was once ranked 1st in the world at gears of war judgement so you should really take this review to heart. Good thing I purchased this game cause this game rocks!

The campaign is fantastic, I knocked a star off because I mainly play multiplayer and I feel that it's not up to par with what Gears 2 or 3 multiplayer was. I miss Wingman and the old characters, few characters from the past games are in this one that are playable online. The RNG "loot" crates are a pain, all games are having these micro transactions now and it blows.

Good game with a good story line. Entertaining and different

Haven't finished the campaign yet, but this is Gears gameplay I was moving. Forget judgement, this feels back to the original trilogy. Multiplayer is good and I like the expanded maps that don't require purchase to play (with paying you can only play on rotation)
