Feels like the story is meeh. Graphics are updated for XBOX One, but the story is forgettable. If you like the previous 3, you'll probably still like this one. Online play is fun, but feels repetitive.

The game was fun at first to play. But when you get to the end it gets very disappointing. The last guy was not that difficult to beat. You play harder monsters/zombies earlier in the game. Was not satisfied with the ending.

Gears of war 4 has been an excellent follow up to the gears of war saga. Beautiful graphics and great action gameplay with a wonderful storyline makes gears of war one of my favorite franchise titles

If youre a fan of the series this is a no brainer. Horde is a blast as always and the option to play online matches as co op instead against bots is a nice change of pace, especially for new comers.

I have been playing all the gears games since they first came out and although it is not up to the standard I have for Gears of War, it was still a good game. The campaign was funner than expected and the online is great too. Worth a buy if you like the others, just not as good.

While no longer Epic at the helm for this outing, it retains the classic feel of the Gears of War franchise and makes for a great time either alone or with a friend through the story mode in co-op.

I enjoyed the previous Gears of War games, and this one has the same feel. The story/characters are different but the game play is about the same if you enjoyed the other games in the series.

This is the best version so far. The controls feel great and the graphics are amazing. I'm not sure if they are boosted w/ the Xbox S w/ HDR but if they are.... WOW. Multiplayer at 60FPS is great!

I love Gears of War 4 for xbox one, definitely worth the money.60 fps is a huge step up for online gaming. Love the graphics and the story mode is fun also (Despite what other reviewers might say).

I'm a big fan of the Gears franchise and this game, so far, does not disappoint. It also comes with digital codes for the other four games which is great and allows you to replay the entire series.

If you are a Gears fan, Pick this up right away. The hodre mode is fabulous. As well as the single player campaign. I don't play the online,so I can't comment on that part. But what a awesom game.

The graphics on this is great. The campaign is not the best but it's pretty decent. The really fun part is the horde mode. It's the equivalent of the zombie mode in the Call of Duty series. Online gameplay is pretty good with only the occasional lag. That's nitpicking though.

One of the best games I've played. Reminded me of my other fave, Rise of the Tomb Raider, in terms of graphics and how fun the battle scenes were. We got through fairly quickly - the only downside - and can't wait to go back through on Insane mode. Tons and tons of fun!!

This is the first Gears of War game I've ever played. I love it I can't believe I've been sleeping on this series all this time. I like it so much I'm going to go back and play all the older ones.

The game is pretty good. It takes a bit to get into, but after awhile it starts getting good. The major disappointment is there isn't a couch coop horde mode. It was one of the reasons I wanted it in the first place and the lack of it is a letdown but the game is still good

This is a fun game to play with friends. If you enjoyed the previous games in the series you will love this. (Plus it actually comes with digital download codes for all the previous games!)

After the last trash they put out in Judgement I thought I was done with the series. But this game is awesome. They brought the series back to where it should be. Definitely should get this one.

It has been siting in my backlog for a long time. Hope can have a chance to play it

This is one of the best gears of war games out there. If you are a fan of the series, you won't be disappointed. If you are new to the Gears series, this is definitely a good one to start with!
