This is an all around great game, campaign is good, thought you could do it 4 player coop but unfortunately it's only 2. This is my first time playing gears online for multiplayer, but I am also enjoying that as well. When you buy the game, inside are codes for digital versions of all the other gears of war games, you can't beat that!

This game is a great continuation of an already amazing series, as well as a (hopefully) great start to a new trilogy

This game is more of gears. If you like the previous Gears games this is a no brainer. However, going I was surprised with the campaign. A lot of moments and gameplay mechanics I did not expect. Campaign is great with Co-op with a friend. The online multiplayer is more of the same. Unfortunately, multiplayer is not easy on new or casual players. It is dominated by a hardcore audience. So if you like to play online, prepare to put in a ton of hours.

I finally picked this game up once it was on sale at Best Buy. It's still a great value at full price, considering you get download codes for every Gears of War game on past consoles. Gears of War 4 contains many of the same elements as previous games, but much better landscapes and storylines. I wouldn't call it revolutionary, but evolutionary. Still worth picking up, especially if you haven't played the older games or got rid of them years ago.

Bought for my son and he loves the previous gears games. I liked the graphics on this one and seemed to flow better.

been eyeing this for a while. glad I made the purchase. great finale to the series and if played in 4k and hdr it will blow your mind. amazing graphics and gameplay. don't hesitate

The story mode isn’t very good. But multiplayer mode and horde mode is amazing so much fun. Best gears of war game

The Coalition has made an extremely confident first step with its Gears of War debut. A solid campaign, meaty multiplayer, and best in class co-op action make Gears of War 4 an easy recommendation. My main hope is that the team can add a little more of their own voice for future titles and rely a little less on what came before.

Gears Of War 4 it's Fan Service in all means! The history it's 25 years after Gears Of War 3. And now you play with Marcus Fenix Son JD Fenix! Have a epic Campaign and awesome co-Ops Plus Horde it's back and have some great improvements! The multiplayer it's solid. If you are a Gears Fan you need to buy this one!

I hadn't played a lot of Gears of War but this came with all the previous games too using a code in a new copy. Gears Of War 4 is a really good game I recommend. I shouldn't spoil the story in this review but it seems to be varied enough of things your doing and keeps following the same story. I've only played the campaign.

Wow i enjoy this game it the graphics and the game it else. The storyline is great that if u luv war action game.

Having a hard time getting into the game. The controls aren't natural to me like a Halo game. It feels more like an old laser disc game of dragons lair jumping from around things at the right time. I have only played it once so far and I have had it now since day one of the new Xbox one X. The aiming and gun firing don't feel as good as halo etc for some reason. It does however fill the need for a Co-op game which Halo has destroyed at this point. I quit buying the Halo series since I cannot play them with my son.

The best graphics and story mode for Gears of War! New characters and following up on the story mode from past titles. Graphics and sounds leave you breathless and wanting to go for another chapter in the game. Multiplayer is awesome and the co-op "Horde" option with 4 of your buddies it's GREAT!!

I do not know how you can beat all 5 of the best xbox games ever for $25!!! You get them all with this purchase!

fabulous game, can't wait for the next gears of war game, hope they don't wait too much to release the new one.

This has to be the best gears released to date and with the 4k and HDR support the game looks gorgeous.

I haven't played any of the previous games but this was really fun. I would pick this up if you could.
