Like every other apple product I own, I’m extremely satisfied!! Streaming Picture quality is surprisingly fantastic. Streaming speed ( loading times ) are definitely satisfactory. Unit is compact. Allows so much selection at any time with just a few clicks of the apple remote l.

this is our first time buying refurbished electronic. we aren't sure if we should buy refurbished one since we are worried if something goes wrong then we won't be able to claim for the warrant but it works well so far. it hasn't had any problem yet hopefully it stays like that for quite a long time. there is some scratches on the item but it's refurbished so we don't expect it to be like new.

I purchased a refurbished Apple TV 4K-32GB unit and it performs almost flawlessly. Even with a full charge on my remote, and within feet of each other, there is a signal delay from my remote to the apple TV, to when the actual action or selection made takes place. So, I'm not sure if it is my remote or the Apple TV. This isn't my only Apple TV in my house, so claiming this is an operator error situation is unlikely. Further, I have created an iOS ecosystem within my home to which all our devices are supervised. Good buy, though, notwithstanding the minor issue. I don't regret the purchase and enjoy the clarity and depth of colors in 4K or regular streaming or dvd/bluray programs.

I'm not an Apple guy. I own Windows PCs, and Android mobile devices. I've never been much of a fan of Apple. But I have to give credit where credit's due: this streaming box is virtually perfect. Fantastic, smooth interface. Huge selection of apps and titles. Free upgrades from HD to 4k on the iTunes store. The best streaming picture quality available. Just a great product all around.

I already had one of these and wanted one for a second tv. Wanted to save a bit on a refurb and I’m pretty satisfied. The quality was like new and it hasn’t given me any problems. Worth the approximately thirty dollar savings.

I decided to buy the refurbished version of the latest Apple TV with a little bit of hesitation. Everything has been great with it! Packaging was like new and the equipment was like new! I could tell the remote had been used, but no damage or scratches at all. Very happy with the latest version of Apple TV. The format is definitely different than the older models but I’m getting used to it. I have decent internet speed at my house but I’ve had no buffering in anything I’ve tried to do. I have not used it for 4K yet, but expect that to go well also. I’m very happy with it and I saved about $20 bucks off of new price!

Hands down this is the best streaming device I have used. The only reason I don’t have more than 2 is because I only have 2 TV’s that support 4K.

I wanted the Apple TV 4K and was worried about buying refurbished. I saved about $40 buying refurbished and it works great and no issues. The Apple TV 4K is also I nice upgrade, the picture is great and I like the remote.

Bought this refurbished unit at a good price. Works every bit as well as my brand new one.

Hey - it's an Apple 4K TV, so everyone already knows it's a great product. For me the value I receive is buying the refurbished units from Best Buy's Geek Squad and saving some money! I have done so on several occasions and the value is always there!

I've used Chromecasts, Rokus, Firesticks, and Apple TVs, and I've opted to get rid of everything but my Apple TVs. I have one for every TV in my home, and they provide the BEST interface for every service. HDR & DolbyVision are native to the device and look beautiful on my LG OLED TV.

I have been enjoying my Apple TV. It works perfectly. I see no difference between my refurbished Apple TV and the new one my friend owns. All the bling with savings too. Thanks Geek Squad.

This Apple TV 4K came in like new condition and came with everything that was advertised. Great product and streams 4K flawlessly and is a great compliment to the rest of my Apple devices.

Love my Apple TV, has been two years and working as brand new, no problems, did cut my cable when I purchased it and not planning on going back to cable tv

Best Buy was awesome. Package first came without the remote but they took care of fixing that. The machine itself is awesome. Works like you expect any Mac product-flawless.

Huge update from my mark 1 Apple TV!! Being able to talk into the remote is super convenient. Refurbished wasn't bad, box was dirty, but Apple TV works great.

IDK how I went so long with my first generation Apple TV. I bought this version and it beats the original model by a long shot.

The outside of the package was a little marked up but all was like new inside and the AppleTV works as it should.

Love how it synced to my smart TV and remote - apple really builds things better
