    I am so very happy with my purchase. It is an excellent shape. I love the rose gold and the watchband is a really pale pink color. The refurbished was awesome.

    Purchased for my son. I understood it to be a refurbished item, however I still expected it to have a fully functioning battery. It did not. Tried to call my local store to see if Geek Squad could replace the battery, but was continuously routed to corporate customer service. Spoke to a rep and it was explained to me that Geek Squad would not replace the battery, my only option was to return. Was also told I could not ship it back, I had to take it to my local store to get a refund. Took it back and ordered a brand new watch from Target. Will never order a refurbished item again, also, Best Buy corporate customer service sucks.
