I didn’t expect it to be perfect but it wasn’t as clean as I thought it should be. Gonna get some canned air and clean it. Hoping that will help.

Best buy geek squad was able to helpmout and did a quick return the same day. I guess some used items are not worth buying especially when it comes to APPLE.

Sticky Keys

Don't buy refurbished

I've had this for less than a month, and one of the two ports stopped working and they will not fix it. I also asked the geek squad person why and where is that documented because I wanted to see how I missed that detail before purchasing and their response was literally, "I don't know where that is documented, I just can't do it."
