Really happy with my refurbished mac! It's doing great - you'd never know it wasn't brand new.

A very practical and easy to use phone, it has a good size and is very fast, it has a good security system and a good camera

A very good laptop but my screen has so many pixels that aren't showing correct colors. I barely used this laptop and a few months without using it, I came back and saw many vertical pixels showing the wrong colors. My battery is barely ~82 cycles.

Excellent condition, looks new with the exception of a few small scratches on the outside. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Wrong color was sent to me. I had to drive to a nearest BestBuy store for a quick return. Can't review the unit. I did not even turn it on. I found a NEW unit not too much more. Good thing I could return it without a restocking fee.

Great laptop for it's price. It's fast and quiet. The only small drawback is a bit dim display

Started getting slow farely quickly and battery life isn’t amazing but it works for what we need it for.

I'm sure that the MacBook Air M1 would've been great. However, upon setup I ran into multiple (many) keys double/triple/quadruple typing when trying to enter Wifi password. According to Apple, this sounds like an issue they had with 2020 MacBook Air models. I opted to return it rather then mess with the time lost at Apple. This specific MacBook came in brown general packaging with the laptop, a power charger and cord. The charger & laptop were scuffed up, the laptop had tape across the front cover along with leftover sticker adhesive. The inside looked pretty good and clean, just not functional upon first use.

When I got the laptop, it looked perfectly fine, but within a day or two, the screen started acting funny. Within an hour of it acting weird, my whole screen turned black. When I went to return it, the worker had an attitude toward me and wasn't the most friendly. While I did get a refund, it was not a pleasant experience.

Product came with an old dirty charger and no box. Laptop was also not the cleanest.

Right after the 2 week return window ended the computer started running very slow. Now I can't return and wasted 700$ on a slow computer.

It didn’t say that it was refurbished and that didn’t have warranty with Apple I’m really disappointed on what I got, cause brand new it was the same price that I pay

This computer is from 2017 not 2020. Disappointed….
