So far so good. Absolutely no complaints. Screen and keyboard work just like new. Only damage was some scuffs on the bottom of the laptop. Otherwise such a good deal for the price! I was hesitant but I am in love !

Works great and is really easy to learn. Synced perfectly with my iCloud and iPhone accounts.

I needed an extra computer to run a peripheral device (Canon scanner) with no driver for the current Mac OS. So I bought this one as an extra travel computer and dedicated computer for that device. I had to go to the Genius bar to get them to install the old OS -- Apple REALLY does not want you to do that. Now I am happily scanning. This computer is a bit heavy for travel, but high quality. I am happy I saved a lot by buying a used one. The device was clean and well packaged.

This refurbished M1 MacBook Air is a great replacement laptop for my wife. She was using her iPhone yet needed a larger screen. We found this unit on the website and bought it immediately. It's fast enough for her needs and she loves it.

Excellent equipment and very good conservation. Really looked like a brand new equipment (even being refurbished). Apple is the best brand and very best performance. Even being the brand's entry level equipment, it an amazing computer with the best interface. It's really portable and light, but the screen is a little small.

I bought this as a birthday present for my son. Overall, I was pleased with the Macbook. There were a handful of blemishes on the top cover, but primarily cosmetic (one small dent and a handful of scratches). It booted up fine, and I was able to set up with minimal issues. My primary complaint and the only reason I won't give 5 stars, is that when I checked the battery health and found that the battery was degraded down to 86%. That was not an expectation from a "Geek Squad Refurbished". Otherwise, seems like a good solution to go via this route vs. purchasing new when you are on a budget.
