At first it came with problems with glitching on the Google Chrome Browser, but after redownloading it every runs very smoothly. This is a steal! it came very clean and ready to work just like new. Its good for a highschooler who is looking to have a long lasting computer.

This was my first MacBook ever and I was excited. The battery like was at 85% which wasn’t bad, and you can see basic usage of the laptop like little bitty dust in the keyboard but the apple charger was kinda gross but it works. I love it though. Didn’t have any visible damage, just 1 or 2 ever so tiny chips that I have to remember where they are. I’m glad I got a good one after reading many horror stories about geek squad. Now we’re inseparable from eachother, I love it some much, it’s in really good shape.

I could not tell this refurbished 2020 M1 Mac Air from Brand New! It fired up instantly and I've had zero issues. I have to mention the price too. I shopped hard for 6 months, retail and online. The price I paid was the lowest of anywhere for this item. Thank you Best Buy!!

I recently bought this Geek Squad Certified Refurbished MacBook Air, and overall, I’m very happy with the purchase. The device arrived in excellent physical condition and has been performing smoothly so far, the M1 chip is fast, apps run without any issues, and for everyday work it feels just like a new MacBook. The only thing worth mentioning is the battery. It arrived with about 85% health, so it drains a little faster than a brand-new unit. I do need to charge it more often than expected, but it’s still perfectly manageable - typically just one charge a day for a couple of hours, which works fine for my routine. For the price, this is a solid deal, especially if you’re okay with a slightly reduced battery life. Performance and build quality are great, and Geek Squad’s certification gives some peace of mind. Overall, a very good refurbished buy.

Ordered this MacBook Air to replace a 2014 model. Needed a newer model with an operating system that would work with the new school Blackboard operating requirements. Received laptop and charger in the box. Great condition, with minor scratches on the top left corner of the case and on the bottom. Screen in great condition, along with keyboard and trackpad. Battery life is great. Use is primarily for online school work, and internet browsing.

Idk how a $600 laptop is able to do the things it does. Not only did this arrive in perfect condition even though it was used. But the performance on this M1 chip is insane. DJing and video editing on this Isa breeze. I feel like I have Best Buy a bad deal haha

If your someone who do regular browsing and watch YouTube this is meant for you still very fast and accurate even tho it’s and older chip set it’s still very worth it

Works great. It came packaged very secure. the charger is a brand new charger. the screen works amazing as well as all of the buttons. the only thing that is “messed up” is the anti glare screen, and it’s just a few small marks where it got messed up. there are a few dings and scratches but nothing deep and noticeable that i couldn’t just blame on myself! It was an amazing price and it’s an amazing computer for being refurbished

I highly recommend purchasing refurbished. The laptop came as if it was brand new with the cord and everything. It runs really well and fast. Got it as a gift and they loved it!!

Recharging the battery is slower than desired. Albeit when finally charged the battery life is great.

I use it to DJ mostly. I have Rekordbox, SeratoDJPro, SoundSwitch, Spotify, and Tidal installed along with 6,000 plus songs (Not that big of library because I damaged my old computer at a gig and did not back up all my music) it’s been working great so far. Serato lags/skips for a split second from time to time but I think it is due to using Apple Music to stream song requests. I love this computer but definitely will be upgrading soon.

For a windows user, It was a good experience use a MacBook but just it's not for me I don't wanna be involved only in one ecosystem even if is excellent. I like the liberty of use windows, and i found a better option on windows for almost the same price. It's not a good option in 2026 because you won't get support after a couple years.

Exactly what i wanted, came fast and clean. Macbook is by far best investment I have made. Immediately bought a case and protector for it, looks sickk. You should buy it, no doubt.

Love this M1. If you all you need this is basic day to day computing as in web browsing, shopping checking email etc then this is by far more then you'll need/ It is very fast to boot and start up and makes browsing fast and easy

I love this! It is so lightweight, has an awesome sauce battery life of more than 24 hours, and the Touch ID is very convenient. I mostly use it for online college courses, graduate in November, and it operates perfectly for all of my needs! Ordering another one tonight for my daughter.
