Display issue within one week of buying

The screen went black suddenly and I couldn’t get it to restart again. Luckily, I was able to get a refund because it happened within the 30 day return window but as someone who typically trusts refurbished items my trust has begun to wane based on this experience.

Don’t waste your time

Awful customer service and product.

Misleading.

Top has a dent the length of half a middle finger, cord arrived absolutely filthy. This is meant to be a gift and it is absolutely in hand-me-down condition. There was absolutely no mention of damage. Never using Best Buy again.

Sticky right side keyboard

Not like new, DO NOT recommend

There were several scratches and dents even though it was described as “excellent” condition. Also the battery health was 85%, I obviously returned it. Would not recommend if you’re expecting a “like new” laptop.
