Received an item with a bulging/exploded battery. Contacted product support chat and they recommend to bring the device into Geek Squad. Will update review with outcome.

Avoid at all costs. Appalling condition. Top has a dent the length of half a middle finger, cord arrived absolutely filthy. This is meant to be a gift and it is absolutely in hand-me-down condition. There was absolutely no mention of damage. Never using Best Buy again.

The laptop arrived filthy, covered in goopy spots, dirty screen, dirt on/under the keyboard.
There were several scratches and dents even though it was described as “excellent” condition.
Also the battery health was 85%, I obviously returned it.
Would not recommend if you’re expecting a “like new” laptop.
