    Excellent works like a brand new machine. I also own a brand new one. My new one has higher specs but this was a great deal.

    The refurbished computer came with a dent on the front cover...Best Buy wouldn't discount the item and didn't have any stock to offer me another one.

    The M1 chip is super fast and handles everything i throw at it. Still not great for gaming since its a Mac but thats because of Steam support. Worth the upgrade if you have an older Mac and are on the fence. Great Value!

    Sent me a defective one with screen glitching in the first week. Better to just buy new rather than junping through their hoops and spending so much more to fix and eventually have to get a new one..

    Traded in my previous Mac for this one and within less than four weeks it died on me. The screen went black suddenly and I couldn’t get it to restart again. Luckily, I was able to get a refund because it happened within the 30 day return window but as someone who typically trusts refurbished items my trust has begun to wane based on this experience.

    The product had extensive cosmetic damage and had a defective keyboard. I could turn on the computer but do nothing else. Not great for Best Buy and their Geek Squad.
