    Received an item with a bulging/exploded battery. Contacted product support chat and they recommend to bring the device into Geek Squad. Will update review with outcome.

    Avoid at all costs. Appalling condition. Top has a dent the length of half a middle finger, cord arrived absolutely filthy. This is meant to be a gift and it is absolutely in hand-me-down condition. There was absolutely no mention of damage. Never using Best Buy again.

    There is clearly something sticky spilled under the right side underneath the keyboard and you can feel it when pressing keys on that side

    Computer was in good condition and just what I needed. A few more scratches than I expected but nothing major. Would look at refurbished items again.

    The laptop arrived filthy, covered in goopy spots, dirty screen, dirt on/under the keyboard. There were several scratches and dents even though it was described as “excellent” condition. Also the battery health was 85%, I obviously returned it. Would not recommend if you’re expecting a “like new” laptop.
