Avoid Geek Squad certified!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The computer worked great, but the experience was horrendous: The box came with no charger, cables, or accessories of any kind, with the computer being on during transit. When I brought it to the attention of the Geek Bar and order pickup crew, they offered to sell me a new set of cables with a 10% discount, saying they couldn't give me a set and that I was screwed by the Geek Squad packaging team. The cables were about $120 extra, I said no, and returned the device immediately. Used computer, dirty, awful packaging, no accessories, pricier than a new one? Just avoid any Geek Squad-certified products if you can.

They are expensive! We ended up deciding to try a refurbished one. She loves it! Shes had since Christmas, lugs it around back and forth ro school and has never had any problems! Would definitely recommend!
