It happens first time and I connect with it second time and it keeps changing my card. Don’t buy open box items.

This is what I got when ordered one a few days ago. DELETE key is clearly defective and makes weird noises when being typed on.

Local Best Buy claimed it shouldn’t come with one but nowhere (at least visible) did it say it was excluded. I had to purchase those items which I felt was wrong. Make sure you read all of the fine print you may not be getting all you thought.
